Very bad service, always shop with them when you have all day
I am very dissatisfied, with MTN contracts department after I was notified that I owe them a month to month money for a contract I took on 2019 to 2021 October. I got myself owing them over 1k paid them sent POP to legal and accounts with a mails requesting for the account to closed down - They **** low till the money accumulated to more than 1k again without communicating with me that the account is still open - can anyone advice how can I resolve this issue without being milked dry by Mtn
Momentum funds at work they just don't care about their clients I have 3 weeks now waiting for my claim and no communication, when you call them they don't help but answer to hang up the phone.
I have since paid my areas on the 09 March 2022 R4280 and you derbited 5k end of the month. since then the paid money is not allocated to my account for a refund and I phoned more 50 times forwading the POP till today money not allocated so dissatisfied and disappointed 😑
Since we email and phone MTN about the online contract that is not suitable for us becauseit can only be used in a home router, they keep on saying you took your your contract with a third party we can't help you and since from 05 July with no luck of getting the right people to cancel the contract since they said within 10 working days you can cancel it. I will not recommend anyone to take a contract online ?
I purchased an mtn data contact sim online on the 1st of July , I wasn't explained to me that the sim only works on a home router not portable routeror cellphone. the salesperson said if I'm not happy I can cancel withing 10 days. Now I want to cancel or change the plan everyone I call on the MTN helpline give me excuses and direct me to someone else and they end up giving me this numbers 0873109585, 0831235360, 0831233667, 083135 which doesn't go through at all. I am crossed because they were quick to call me for a contract and don't care about their clients concerns or complaints.
Hi I had an issue with Defy washing machine that I purchased a year ago.It was purchased at kriel bradlows,I currently reside in Secunda,at the branch in Secunda I was told they cant assist me I must go to the branch where I made the purchase ,which is totally absurd ,I have the slip and everything
Hi I am very very disappointed with Nedbank credit cards department, I wanted to re-open my two credit cards after I was retrenched they closed them and got another Job and sent them required documents as per their instruction to visamastercollect@nedbank.co.za and get automated reply since 10 January 2021 and when I call they will say they didn't receive the documents can i resend again and I will re- send them and get automated reply and phone after two days I will call to enquire that how far are they are they will ask me to send documents again
I bought an Adidas golf t-shirt ,it was only worn twice and already the Adidas print on it is coming off!!!
