I purchased a Samsung smartphone and as part of the deal you can claim galaxy buds, which I did, received an email stating it was successful, now I can't get hold of anyone at Samsung to find out where the buds are as no one replies to any emails. This is really poor
I have been waiting over a month for a refund as they charged me even though I was no longer a customer, guess what they just keep sending escalation messages. No one can answer me. They feel they can take money not owed to them and then keep it, sounds like *****ing
I was a member of this gym (Durbanville branch) until I cancelled my membership, I notified the gym of an extra payment and requested a refund. The management has since ignored my request, emails and calls. There is no feedback from them. Keep in mind if you sign up with them as I am having to plead for my own money back and I'm getting ignored. Beware

I have complained here previously and I have had numerous talks to Nimble to explain that I believe their client is in the wrong but after two years or more of getting bombarded buy Nimble I decided to pay on the information they gave me. The amount was not worth the fight anymore. Now I have paid, sent to proof twice. I asked Nimble and their client to please confirm that payment has been received now I am being bombarded with emails that I have not paid. Poor
I keep getting harassed by them on behalf of Tracker. This for a xontract that was ended almost 1 and a half years gao. About 6 months ago they stopped after they escalated the matter and have started again
This is pathetic, I pay for a service that does not exist. I am fed up with your so called service center who I assume just make up answers as they go along. When is someone there going to do something to fix my issue. This is pathetic a router showing full signal, but I have no internet. The internet was great for one month and since then it's pathetic

Impossible to cancel a contract with these people, car sold 8 month's ago. I am however able to track the new owner of the cars every move because of this hopeless pathetic company. Can't even get them to contact you or respond to cancellation request but they will hand you over to their lawyers.
