staff always helpful, polite and friendly. Their touch screen at the pharmacy does not work when I press it. Would like them to start stocking the HEEL products particularly the Vertigoheel. as I am forced to go to Discem which I hate.
They treat their staff like robots. Underpaid and overworked. Staff are fired without even being given 24 hours notice. They employ Clinical Nurses that are not even qualified to give an ordinary injection. Because of poor quality of work ethics staff are always changing as a result the atmosphere in their shops is unpleasant. Because the Delivery drivers are overworked it took a driver 3 days to deliver medicines. NOT ACCETABLE.
I purchased a box of C***** Krush 100% to find on drinking it I started coughing then I read on the box that other fruit juices have been added. I am extremely disappointed that such an expensive product should have additives. I purchase the Woolworths brand which does not make me cough and clears the urinary tract. This product should be upgraded to serve the purpose for which it is purchased.
Having purchased underwear from Bood., It was promptly delivered to my house. The product I can highly recommend it is comfortable very well made and long lasting.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH MONDO. THEY ARE WORSE THEN YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE.
Appalling service I have been fighting with them since Feb. 2020 and cannot get to the bottom of why I have been charged soo much. All I get is accounts no reason given for the over charging or what the charges were for. Phoning them is a night mare and sending e-mails is a waste of time. Mondo their sister Company is worse it is impossible to get hold of them.
Would like to commend MWeb for their excellent service over many years. No matter what the problem they always answer their phones promptly, all matters are dealt with politely and knowledgeably. Thanks MWeb.
In February I cancelled a Contract with MTN and paid a cancellation fee everytime I phoned or went to an MTN store they told me that I had to pay a cancellation fee. In total I have now paid R5000 in cancelation fees so that my phone number would remain connected. It took them 11 months to cancel this number as not one of the many people that I dealt with both on the phone and in store told me that the account was always in arrears and that is why they were unable to cancel the contract. I am now waiting for this R5000 to be returned. According to the CPA you are allowed to give one months notice. What ever you do, do not take out a contract with MTN or Telkom. Both if them are a night mare to deal with.
After receiving a call in October from Mondo MTN I asked them to give me a IPhone 10 an IPhone 8 SE was delivered, I expected them to collect the wrong phone. No I had to return it to MTN Shop. This was done I received a RMS Number. Then discovered that the Contract had not been cancelled and am still being charged for a phone that I returned in OCtober. Mondo blatantly lied to me and will not take responsibility for their stuff up
