I called in and spoke to a very lovely lady. I was interested in a service which after further considering my affordability I can no longer afford. After calling the call centre I wasn't helped. Please cancel the funeral cover.
I enquired about a funeral cover with a consultant that came to my workplace. The lady was nice and explained all the covers she had available. I asked for a quote and she made me choose a quote and i was asked to accept OTP and Bank Verification and I was promised to that no money will come out of my account. Please can someone assist with cancellation of whatever cover was taken.
Good Morning My Name Is Sandile Elvis Silo. i have a serious problem with AFRI Mobile i app**** for a cellphone Contract earlier this Month(March 2025 and they requested me to Send Bank Statement,ID Copy,Proof of Address and payslip and i did that and also told me to go to my Banking App to Accept the Notification that allows them to Be Able to do debit Order and I did that and it appear on my Banking App but after that there was no communication. My stress is that when money comes into my account funds will be deducted but I haven't recieved the phone as per our agreement.
I bought foreign currency for my son last year when he was travelling to Italy from a Foreign exchange branch in Ballito. My son went on his trip, while in Italy he lost his card that the money was loaded onto. Upon his return he called and got the card cancelled while it still had money on it. We've the most appalling experience trying to get the money back. We've visited the Ballito Branch countless times from Richard's Bay and we can't be assisted. We've been made to call a call centre where we get no help, last Saturday we told we would get an sms/email saying the matter has been resolved and money would be transferred into my son's account which hasn't happened. I have submitted my pension fund withdrawal in October through the company that was managing my fund (National Bargaining Council for the Electrical Industry), They submitted my withdrawal request early November 2024 and till today, I haven't received my payout, I've called numerous times and I have been sent from pillar to post, even today I called and I was made to hold on the line for approx 30 mins and I was promised a call back promptly and no one called. I'm appalled by the service I've received and would not recommend Alex Forbes to anyone. My children are without proper school uniform because of the lack of money. Contact me on 083 417 0690
The service or the lack of service I receieved from MaxLaw is so appalling. I joined the service in towards the end of the year in 2020. I was told I would be assisted in clearing my name from credit bureau on my initial call to them as I explained to the guy that I had been conned before and I was extremely cautious not the have the same experience perpetuate it self again. I was assured that I would be taken good care of so I proceeded and joined the service. Ever since then I have had a terrible time, I had to call and follow up on my case, I would be promised a call back and no one would call or if they do call they would not call the day they promised. I had paid my full subscription when I got fed up and wrote a post on this forum. I got a call requesting me to take the post down and I obliged because I needed a resolution on my financial matters. My case was escalated to someone that on my last chat with him I believe it was in March but I stand to be corrected, promised that a judgement had been removed and he told me that someone would email a letter stating the debt was cleared, I waited for a few months and I even forgot about it up until I remembered a few days ago. The guy I spoke to was rude and condescending. I wish I didn't do any business with maxlaw because in my opinion they're not professional.
I would like to express my gratitude for the assistance I received from Nthabiseng Pule working in the Fraud Department. I had made a purchase on line to a company which turned out to be a doggie website, the moment I realised what had happened I call FNB to assist and that became an even more painful experience until I spoke to Nthabiseng who took it upon herself to resolve an issue which had been a pain for close to 2 months to resolve. The recognise this ladies hard work @FNB
I have joined Max law for a few months now, initially when they called me about the service to get me to join, I was busy when the agent called, I told him I was interested in the service and asked him to call me back, indeed he called me and I signed up for the service. Since I signed up and was given power of attorney to sign after chasing them up to do their work, I have battled to get call backs from Thapelo and everyone there seems to be passing the buck and I'm fed up with service because they're quick to take my funds from my bank and when it is time to feedback they're no show. I'm really fed up with Max Law
