I was happy about the excellent service provided by one of their employees by the name of Thandi.
Buffalo logistics doesn't care about their clients. When you call them their phones are not working. When they are supposed to deliver your parcel they don't call you and they return your parcel to their warehouse in jhb. Then you will be required to pay delivery costs again. I am not happy with their service and disappointed.

Me and some of my colleagues we opened a club savings account at this bank in 2019. Everything was fine for the past years. Every year in November we withdraw the money. It all started in 2024 that they requested the club constitution, minutes and other documents. We had to go there with all the necessary documents but every time they turned us away saying it's not correct. They don't even take what is correct. Those ladies there have a bad attitude. Now they are telling us that we will not get the money until we send all the documents I will never do transactions with them again. If the documents were not submitted why are they not rejecting the payments made to the account. The bank shouldn't have accepted our money in the first place because we have not submitted the necessary documents. Now that we want our money they are telling us all this. I am not happy with how this bank do things.
The company is listed as a bed and breakfast in their advertisment and when you get there they will tell you that you have to pay for your breakfast. Their advertisment is deceiving . How can they advertise something and tell you as a customer when you arrive there as customers that they do not offer what you see in their ad. They have beautiful rooms for accommodation but am not happy with the breakfasts listed as one of the things that you get. I will not recommend for any of my family or friends to go there. Thank you

I have made a funeral claim from assupol from the 10th of November. Every time I call they require documents after then nothing. I have sent documents more than three times. I have made a complain now they want the documents again. I am so disappointed
I am not happy about the way things are being handled by this company. I would never recommend it to anyone. I am very disappointed. I have written several emails to request a refund and they have not responded.
I am very disappointed with the service of this company. I have send all the documents that they have requested. I did not get any respond that they have received them. I have to call them using my own airtime after that they told me me that they need a lobola letter because I was not married with my partner. When I took the policy I was not told that my partner needs to pay lobola first before I can take that policy. They also want proof of resident for both of us. I will never recommend anyone to take a policy with this company.
