I went to KFC at Blue Hills to buy breakfast this morning, I used drive thru no 1 answered on the speaker, I went to the window again there was no 1.Then I saw 1 staff member cleaning drive thru, I asked for assistance she just looked at me and continued with cleaning, I asked she just keept quite. The was another car behind me I couldn't reverse and she was cleaning in front of me with buckets I couldn't drive forward.i stopped there at the driver thru and went inside to the manager still nothing was done... I decided to go to McDonald's, I will never ever go buy at KFC.
I went to buy at jet in forest Hill, there was only one cashier at the tills on a month end Sunday. I had to wait on the que for almost 45 minutes just to buy one item, you guys need to plan well, cause I don't see my self going to buy at jet anymore this is a very poor service.
I went to truworths forest hill yesterday to buy Estee lauder, the was a lady assisting me with choosing colour. There was no prices on items, I asked the price she said 650 and when I got to the till was R685.i told the cashier that they told me its R650 which is what I can afford,I think it was the manager at the till, tall, light and wearing a ring,. She said whatever the sales assistant told me has nothing to do with her. Am so disappointed, month end am closing my account, I don't wanna see truworths anymore. No one had name badges on, I don't even know their names
I have 3 weeks waiting for response, for credit card application.. I hate nedbank with all my heart
I applied for a credit card at nedbank they took forever to respond, when I call they keep me holding, I have sent the documents they needed but still get same message to send the documents, that's very poor of the poorest

Since I paid hyundai in Centurion for my car to be fixed a steering wheel on the 7th of July,and I paid everything including labour. So can I please have my money back since no one is interested in assisting me, since they said they waiting for parts, which they promised that they take 1 week or so. I also call they keep changing date, I need my money back will find help somewhere,. They scratched my car now the don't even car
I have order a 2 phones with them, they delivered incorrect items to me, now am trying to contact them, I can't get hold of them. This is re a poor poor service am not happy, please contact me when u see the message
I bought a car on the 1st April 2021 at corona motor in gezina.its been 3 months and now the car has some faults, 1st its a steering wheel, second it's a clutch plate, 3rd gear, 4th the car makes a funny noise on the body right hand side when am driving on a hump. The sad part is am not able to drive the car am paying each and every month.i took the car to hyundai work shop the descript all the fault in writing. So I need them to come fetch the car and fix everything or they must return my money back. I addressed the matter with the sales person by the name of Christo.
Can old mutual please tell me what happening with my policy, they said I should deposit money... I did just that but now everyone is quite. Am trying to reach out still playing music for ever.. Old mutual service is so horrible
