Bad customer service. They required the full amount but did not deliver! Right now I am waiting for their driver Leo, he is very rude!
I swear, It's my last time buying from them! Absolutely unprofessional. How can you wait a whole week for a base, a base! I never said I want them to make a base for me, I said I am buying a base. There is a huge difference in that. Now my guests have to sleep on the floor. All their warehouses are out of stock on something they put on sale. How does that make sense? When you call them they don't give you a proper answer. I just want to cancel my order and go buy a bed set somewhere else!
Router delivered but my line is not up. I’ve made so many calls to them and all they say is they wil escalate it to VUMA!!!! When??? I am cancelling this order and getting a better ISP! Pathetic
BAD BAD BAD! I don’t ever want my parcels to be sent through them. Poor customer services, you stay on the call for almost an hour only to talk to a rude lady with no answers. The fact that they don’t put up the driver’s number is frustrating, no transparency at all! My status keeps changing from loaded to exception, it’s clear I won’t be getting my parcel and I will sue them! Very incompitent. I don’t ever want to hear the name Courierit ever!! Don’t use them!
Horrible experience! I have been disconnected for a week and everytime I call they tel me they don’t know because my account is active on their side. They keep opening tickets with Vuma and they don’t follow up.I don’t even have a red light on my router, everything is fine. I am connected with no internet. No matter how much I call them, no one cares. My neighbour who is a white person called them once and the sent a technocian, clearly they are ******. They look at your name and don’t take you matter seriously. I am still without internet and they don’t want to cancel my subscription with them. They are the worst people! I regret taking them. STAY AWAY THEY ARE ******! IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE YOU WONT get the service you paid for!
I am so mad at home-connect and I swear this is my last month with them! For the second time, they are telling me that I owe two months, yet I have been connected for those two months. I argued with their insulting agent about the matter because I was trying to tell her that I would never owe that much because I use the internet and if I don't pay, I get disconnected, then why did they not disconnect me in those months they claim I own? She asked me to send proof of payment and I did. The next day I got an email apologizing for the system error and that they will allocate the funds. What is that? How do you accuse a customer of not paying when you haven't double-checked? Now ,I am disconnected again, for what reason, I don't know and no one has answers. Poor customer service. I am done with them.
The best of the best! They respond very quickly, and I haven't had any connection problems.
I must just say you guys are the best. I know you do have problems like any other company, but you are the best! I have only fought with you once, but it has never erased the good. I am still satisfied.
I don't even know where to begin with this company. I am fuming right now because I haven't had an internet connection for the whole weekend and I call but nobody is giving me an answer as to why they are not giving me what I paid for. I told their agent that if they don't get it fixed today they must cancel me because I don't want them to debit a single cent on my account on the 1st of February. I have never experienced such bad customer service with them, and I am just fed up! I have already spent so much much on data bundles so that I can work and also bought airtime to call them. YOU GUYS SUCK!!!! I am starting to think they are not taking my complaint seriously because I am black!
