Placed an order last night at Jabulani mall, and the burgers were HORRIBLE. I’ve never had such under seasoned, dry and overall underwhelming burgers. We couldn’t even finish them. The patties tasted like they were frozen overnight. As a first time buyer, I’m really disappointed. Definitely regret spending my money on your food.
Completely disappointed with the service at Village Fish and chips at Jabulani mall. We ordered medium sized chips that took 36 minutes to get packaged. When we were asking about what the hold up is, the staff was dismissive, rude and disrespectful. As a first time buyer at that shop, I regret giving it a try! Never going back there
Horrible experience with Chicken Licken Jabulani mall. Staff was really slow, and our order was being neglected after it was ready to take.it took close to 20 minutes for our order to get attention. Initially the teller (Thabiso, shift 2) we had was rude and had a condescending attitude towards us. I’m utterly disgusted! Never going back there again!!!
I am SO disgusted and disappointed with UberEats, its drivers, and support experience. I made an order with them and when my driver arrived, my sister and I couldn’t find him. I then went back inside the house to check on him cause I usually leave my phone in the house when collecting orders for safety reasons. Assuming that my sister would find him outside, I sent the driver my delivery pin via the message portal assuming my sister would forget the pin. About 10 minutes went by without luck and we tried contacting the driver again and he finally picked up the call. He told me to walk down to a garage that’s about 5 minutes away from my house (on feet) when I asked him how that made sense cause it defeats the purpose of having a delivery service and app, he then told me that he didn’t want to come back up and hung up on me. When I tried to report the problem, the app stated that my order was complete cause he used the pin that I sent him!!!!!!!!!! The support team is completely useless and I just want my money back! I have never been so frustrated by an app like this before. How do I get my money back and report this matter to a reliable and relevant source in this company!?!??!? I AM SO FRUSTRATED and UberEats drivers are committing *****!
Had a complaint about a very rude cashier back in September. My complaint still hasn’t been attended. Even through their Pep customer care team, nothing has been done. Clearly Pep doesn’t care about their customers queries, complaints and concerns. Very disappointed, AGAIN.
Order was made yesterday and when i got notified that my driver is arriving, i went outside, only for driver not to be there (this has happened before, so i waited for a bit) after at least 3-5 minutes, i go back inside, where I receive a notification stating that my driver has been waiting for me. I then tried to get connected to the driver, and my calls were not answered. When I check my order online, it says that it has been delivered. Nothing has been delivered to me though, and my money is gone as it was a card payment. I am shocked at the fact that the driver didn’t even contact me, or wait 15 minutes, or even pick up the calls I made.
Took out a WiFi contract with Telkom, and I’ve been regretting it since. Just this morning, I got double debited (this has not been my first incident with getting double debited). I was told to pay 10 days before the debit date, so that my payment goes through, I did that, but today I’m waking up to my money being debited. When we ask staff members for clarity about their payment system, everyone has a different answer, which is quite not helpful, or they dismiss you with no explanation. Quite frankly, I am tired of this back and forth with Telkom, and I would like for my money back as I have already paid for October. I’ve been asking to cancel this contract but every shop gives me a different story. Yesterday I went to the Telkom in Benmore and I was told that I can cancel the contract without any penalties. At this point, I don’t know which is which, but I want to cancel this contract! It’s been nothing but hell and an inconvenience. Their staff is also quite clueless about what to do and quite incompetent. Never getting anything from this network provider. A Zero out of Ten, from me.
Horrible experience at PEP at Jabulani Mall. I was enquiring about getting a new card for my account, as mine got misplaced, staff member by the name SEME was rude, unhelpful, condescending and incompetent. She kept rolling her eyes and talking about me to other customers. If I could, I’d give no stars at all. Completely disgusted and disappointed
Horrible service. Cashiers don’t greet or acknowledge customers. They are rude and seem to have zero training on customer service. They insist on having their own conversations, and when confronted with their horrible service, they just ignore you. Tired of this pathetic service, something needs to be done!
Horrible experience. Sent an email to their customer care on Sunday, got asked for contact details and I didn’t get any feedback. Spent hours waiting for an order, only for it to not be fresh. Meat wasn’t cooked through, and wedges were burnt and dry.
