Never been disappointed and disrespected by a service provider like Samsung, I've been dealing with this issue since march and to this day it hasn't not been resolved. I was taken for a fool i was told the matter have been resolved and a consultant for promotions department will contact me for waybill details. I am taking Samsung to Ombudsman for a pathetic service.
I have dealt with many companies but Samsung is the worst when it comes to communication. I have the whole month trying to redeem the promotion tablet. I guess i am at a point were i think i just need to return their goods and get my money back. I've made phone calls, sent numerous emails until i got to promotions department, i was told to sent a screenshot of an IMEI number, i did. And they went quiet for the whole week, i called an agent again and asked him to tell promotions team to get back to me since they hardly return the calls. And i told him to get back to me via email because I work at a bank, i can't take calls during working hours. Until now dead end.
I've never been disappointed like this in all my life i thought buying at Samsung online store would be the easiest, cheapest and convenient way to buy a phone online and even better the phone i was buying was on promotion and i would receive a tablet as well but that turned out to be a disaster i ended up forfeiting the tablet because apparently i had to redeem it on Samsung members app...with several failed attempts to redeem it i ended up calling their client care numerous times, some gave instructions how to navigate the app, some took from one department to another, and i got to promotions department i was sent email to fill in some form and attach ID and proof of payment and it was later declined for what reason i don't know. Today i called and was transferred from one department to another again, until i got to one guy who said let me give you direct numbers to that department and he told me that if i don't claim today i can forget about my tablet because the promotion ends today. So unfortunately i called promotions department for more than an hour in desperation but my call went unanswered until now.
Very disappointed with standard bank's service, just recently applied for vehicle finance with them then everything went smoothly and it was approved and October i was supposed to make my first payment and they did not debit. However I've made several attempts like calls, emails even went to Facebook sent them an inbox so that they could collect their money then nothing happened. The second month they managed to collect on date then last week received a call saying I am in arrears and it will affect my credit score really badly, why didn't i make my first installment even though I made several attempts for them to debit and they transferred me to collections department so that i can make an arrangement, which we did then they promised to send me banking details to use to make a transfer because they can't debit double amount for October and Dec and to this day still waiting for banking details.
I don't know if thisis a joke or what but between compuscan and Rage clothing someone is definitely playing with us. I opened a dispute against Rage missed payments that appeared on my credit report as I have only opened an account with them and never took any of their products and after all the time and effort finally Rage was out of my Hair removed from my berua and I was happy that I could finally get my car. Then *bomb* this month report Rage account has been added to your credit score, is this some kind of joke or what??
Rage is trying my patience honestly, I opened the Rage account to improve my credit score but instead it's a nightmare. My credit score keeps dropping because apparently I have missed payments from my Rage account which is not the truth, I opened the account and never took a thing with them. I've logged a dispute with compuscan it was removed for 2 months and now Rage appears again on my bureau saying I've opened an account with them, really!!! I would never do that I've learned a harsh lesson.
Never felt so disappointed like today at Chicken Licken wonderpark, we've received the worst service ever. We had to wait for almost an hour to get our order while other customers were receiving their orders. I was told my order will take 15 minutes but that's an understatement then we got home unwrap the packaging 5 bird drumsticks dry and burned. I love chicken Licken but today gona sorry
Compuscan failed me no matter how much I tried to clean up my credit score, I have sent them numerous emails without any success. Okay they did me halfway, they managed to update my profile however I still have missed payments status on my credit score for Rage, no matter how hard i tried disputing this and said it could take up to 3 or more years for it to be removed. I can't be having any of that in my profile, I have opened a Rage account hoping to increase my credit score, they gave a buying power of R250 and I didn't use even a cent then months later I owe them R16. I paid then asked for the account to be closed, around October last year I applied for credit with Capitec Bank and to my surprise I was to that my bureau shows Rage account and its in arrears, no matter how many times I tried to close the account I was failing and now I can't get the credit that I need based on missed payments status. I want those things removed. Compuscan together with Rage, they are failing me, missed payments for what I've never taken anything on credit from them.
Pathetic, Arrogant, Incompetent and rude nurses Today 21/03/2021 I've met the most pathetic and incompetent nurses in Phedisong 4 clinic. It is 23:17, my daughter started coughing and vomiting around 22:00 pm and it got worse and I took her to the clinic from hell. I got there and explained to them that my child is sick and her first question was why didn't you bring during the day and if I had to bring her during the day what is it that nightshift nurses are doing there, why is it a 24 hour clinic and secondly she says that they don't have flu medication and referred me Odi Hospital. Then rudely so again she made a stupid statement of them all, "since we've been here, your child hasn't coughed not even once" and I didn't respond to her statement and then she repeated it all over again. And I said to her if she wasn't sick as you say would I be here on a Sunday at this time. People are dying due to Covid-19 I have every reason to be worried about my child and I would not sleep with a sick child while there a people who are supposed to serve us. Here is what's going on in government clinic and hospital we are treated like second class citizens and again the very same stupid, arrogant and rude nurses forgets that we are the tax payers, they get there salaries from us. Department of health is falling us, should anything happen to my child I swear someone will pay. I should have just torn the letter in her face. ****ed.
