When you think telecommunication companies cannot get any worse! MTN has successfully committed ***** on my RICA’d SIM card and given my number to someone else. I have lost control of my number.
Telkom has the most inefficient cancellation line in the country! I have been trying to cancel my contract for 2 years now. While the consultants are very good at wanting to offer me things I don’t need. No one can ever help in cancelling contracts!
Telkom will call you everyday to offer you new products yet they cancellation department is non existent!

Can I please have feedback on my complaint - last I spoke to Vodacom I was told the error was on their side. I’d like timely feedback and if the debt was not credited, I’d have to report Vodacom to ICASA and the Ombudsman.
