Terrible experience using Autoboys online procedure for confirming my claim. When you get to the last 2 options using the system - it just doesn't work resulting in delays!
I have been a loyal customer since last year. After returning the vehicle I was hiring, I was advised that my deposit will take 7-10 working days to be paid. It’s been almost 3 weeks since I returned the vehicle and I’m still waiting! I’m not impressed!

Afrihost seem to be dropping their service levels - had a poor customer experience with their customer. It was a Philane today and a Thabang yesterday. They both said they would check on the service outage problem I'm currently experiencing and then nothing. I think Philane actually hung up on me after I waited on hold for so long. I haven't had internet for 4 days and it's not like I have to pay them less every month. So disappointing! 😒
The Light Market in Durban, part of Electro Gadgets sold me inferior products and I experienced very poor service from staff who know nothing about customer service! The response from management is a joke to say the least!
