I’m extremely disappointed with MANCOSA’s handling of assignment resubmission fees. I was informed via email by a student advisor(Rejoice Hlahla ) that the cost to resubmit an assignment is R250. However, shortly afterward, I received a statement from the accounts department(Ronelle Mungaroo) claiming I owe R300. This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable from an academic institution. Clear, accurate, and consistent communication is the bare minimum students should expect, especially when it comes to financial matters. It’s frustrating to be given conflicting information and to have to chase down explanations for something that should be straightforward. I expected better.
Disappointed with Builder’s Warehouse Management (Adam) I expected better from a company like Builder’s Warehouse. After receiving damaged goods, I reached out for support - only to be met with poor service and lack of accountability. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the response from management was null and void. As a paying customer, I believe in quality service and responsibility, and this experience has been nothing but frustrating.
Hirsch Springfield Park Durban delivered an item I purchased recently and left my yard a mess. It’s pathetic actually. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
I’m currently a student at Mancosa. Terrible institution. It’s nearly impossible to get through to anyone for assistance. Nobody returns calls or responds to emails.
It was my first and definitely last time eating and that place. I found hair in my food! DISGUSTING! It’s no wonder I’ve never eaten there before.
KFC Bluff Road has had no water for most of the day yet they stayed open. The toilets are beyond putrid!! Staff have obviously had to use this ablution facilities and have had nowhere to wash their hands!! They had no sanitiser or wet wipes! What are you actually eating?? Where are they health and safety standards!??
I had the most amazing meal I’ve had in a very long time. The staff is pleasant, friendly and super helpful. I had the verde tramizini… wow! You have got to try it. My partner wanted the boerie burger, and was advised by the waitress to rather have the epic burger. It didn’t disappoint… to the extent that the delicious cakes on offer had no chance as there was no space left.
Pathetic service! I have attempted to contact Mancosa on several different platforms and no response. I called the accounts dept, an advisor said the person dealing with my account was away but a msg would be passed on. Two days have gone by and nothing!! I am supposed to be attending lectures, ect but my profile is inaccessible. DO NOT STUDY THROUGH THIS ORGANIZATION, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CONTINUIOUSLY FRUSTRATED!
Nearly impossible to get intouch with sales advisors once they have secured a sale. Absolutely disappointing service or lack there of. Really sad that the only way to get the attention of someone or recieve some form or service is to write about the lavk of service deliverybon hello peter!
I have had an Edgar’s account since 2009, the only reason it was kept open was due to an insurance policy I had taken out. It became more of a pain to pay the account every month so I decided to close the account in June last year, with much back and forth I finally managed to get a settlement of account and was told once paid the account would be closed. I have since been receiving bills from them bearing interest. I have escalated and they have not resolved the issue. I have send proof of account closure and payment and they have ignored it. They have now handed me over to MDS who is doing the same.
