I have been trying to get a hold of the accounts department in Kempton park for days now on 011 999 3173 an 3519 and always no answer. Is there no one available to answer the phone so we can get the information we need.
So my line broke on Sunday(12 Juan 2025) due weather. I logged a call with Afrihost who logged it with Vuma who I suppose outsourced it to BritelinkMCT. So someone from BritelinkMCT contact me and said they would come out on Tuesday (14 Jan 2025). No one cam out and no one even called today. I am not sure where to even start. My fibre line broke so I logged a call with Afrihost. They sent it to Vuma and I assume they outsourced it BritelinkMCT. So someone called me and promised to come out yesterday 14 Jan 2025. No one came. No on called. Nothing. I keep contacting Afrihost but all they can do I escalate it.
So I ordered a sneaker from bash and order another item do that I could get the free delivery. Order B8740160-01 They cancelled the sneaker but I see it still available to order online. I contacted them (see below) and was told that I have to wait for my refund and then order again and pay delivery or order more items. What if the refund only comes after the sale or stock runs out again? Very poor service and not helpful at all. We are not able to reinstate a purchase once it has to been cancelled. You have to place a new order. So lets hope there is enough characters. I will try to keep this as accurate as possible. So I paid these guys for my pool repair in full an amount of R60k. He fitted a pool pump that is not working. He fitted the DB board that is not mounted and water keeps getting in and tripping the main house. He installed a light that is not yet connected. They were supposed to do the paving which was started and not completed. He refused to come and finish the job stating the reason as me giving him a bad review and he also refuses to refund me. the pool is still leaking. Do not trust this guy - make him do the work before paying him a cent. Do not be a fool like me and pay him. Now i got to get lawyers which is an extra cost for me wall while my pool is still not sorted. I will send a link to pictures and the full story soon which evidence. I hope this will help people.

Terrible feedback and sales people are unavailable. I would like to cancle the deal and look for another car. If the pre-sales is so bad I would hate to wait and see how the after sales is. Thanks
