MTN ZEVENWACHT MALL wow, what an experience. The sales assistant BRIAN STOFFBERG at ZEVENWACHT MALL is one of the top sales assistant that I've come across thus far. I had 3 upgrades and all 3 BRIAN STOFFBERG assisted me. And it was excellent. Customer service 11/10 Friendliness 11/10 Explaination of contract 11/10 Assistance in setting up the new phone 11/10 I would recommend Brian To anyone who asks me. KFC opposite EIKESTAD MALL Bird street Stellenbosch Is thee most fulthiest KFC I've ever been to. Their floors are dirty. The chicken taste like it's been frying in old used fish oil. My brother bought kfc on Saturday, brought it home for supper as he works in Eikestad Mall. My mom(whose) diabetes and I both had a stomach bug right after we ate the chicken and zinger wings.. The chips wasn't that bad. 1/10 for KFC BIRD Street Stellenbosch opposite Eikestad Mall

Clicks Zevenwacht Mall Has thee slowest till points ever. The cashiers take their own time to finish up with a customer. They have their own conversations behind the till. The are little tills open. Its festive. Customers want to shop, pay and go.

Ackermans ZEVENWACHT MALL they have good customer service, especially the casuals. But the problem is, they don't have a variety of baby things especially for boys in their department. And the black tags which they put on the clothes (that goes off at the door when you steal it) THAT TAGS THEY PUT ON ANYWHERE ON THE CLOTHES. they don't put it on the stitching. They put the tags on the clothes which MAKES HOLES. whenever you buy a clothing item, go home, wash it, wear it, then there are HOLES in the clothes. And when you go back for a refund or exchange its a problem. THEY SHOULD LEARN TO PUT TAGS ON THE CLOTHES WHERE IT DOESN'T LEAVE HOLES IN CLOTHING ITEMS

N1 city Wimpy food court
N1 city Wimpy 1 August 2022 10h30 I was there with my family. The staff is unfriendly,.Dont greet the customers. They brought us cold food and tea. The one staff member (Guy) was laying over the counter till, literally scratching in his nose with his bare finger. And didn't even wash nor sanitize it. 0/10 for N1 city Wimpy food court. I am disappointed
