Then I asked her to please take it out on my personal name and also cant seem to get this sorted I have phoned many times and went into the store many times and still no feedback I have to follow up all the time and still no answer please assist urgently.
GMA has the Worst Attitude I have ever experienced. It comes from the top with owner Casper. What a Boss Casper you groom your troops to become just as bad as yourself. Natacia told me that GMA did not pay over the Deposit of R30 000.00 and after I asked for the statements you then advised me it was paid, So I was right. I had questions regarding our draft financials and Emilia just pushes us on to the new Managing Agent you did the financials we were just asking you to go though it with us and you want to charge us R500 upfront per hour to be paid into GMA’s Account. What about the tenant you placed that you were not aware of that stayed in the flat for 6 months yet you claimed they did not sign contract after your EX employee Jessica communicated with the client and got him to pay deposit. You Suck and I have nothing good to say about GMA worst Managing Agent I have ever worked with. Casper hope this is something you can deal with, its not me Casper look at the other 7 bad ratings you have on Hallo Peter. GMA skip them over they are Useless.
My name is Joel, I have also been done in by Tommy now Co Owner at KC Plastics, they took me for more than R240 000.00 of stock that was faulty. I have opened a protection order against him for all his threats towards myself and my girlfriend. I have a court date for 12 Oct 2022 against him. Run when you meet Tommy, Theresa and Cindy from Safety First Packaging. They have taken so much money from many clients, they do not stick to timelines and fails to deliver or rectify errors, does not take any accountability.
We have Escalated our Vat Return query now for the 3de time. We have asked managers to mail and make contact with us as this is a continual disappointment. The lines cut, long ques for hours on the phone. Why do we need to wait so long SARS?
I asked MTN for a full and Final settlement amount. I recieved a final settlement and made payment of the full amount the same day. I have now been billed for the following month and they refuse to cancel on their side even though I have made payment. How do you will me after I settled and asked to close account. We have been mailing and asking SADV fir the last 3 months to move out home account over to the new tenant. This sounds like a easy procedure. Its not, we are not getting assistance and have send multiple mails. Please assist as this can surely not be this hard. Regards
Hi I was robbed at Gunpoint in November of 2020. They left with my I Phone. The next day as I did a swim swop for my phone the messages started coming through that money is being withdrawn from my account. I phoned my banker and went into the bank to stop the cards. At that stage we managed to block a Capitec payment of R34000 which was refunded in February 2021. The Airtime to the value of R9000 have still not been refunded. I have send multiple emails to Berene.johnson@fnb.co.za and boitumelo.mashele@fnb.co.za to get feedback and all she said is its with a diffident department. I have asked her and my banker for the other departments details and no one have send it to me. I am sending follow up mails every week or two and no feedback. I have send close to 20 mails and still no feedback. It is sad that it has to get to this platform to beg for feedback as this is past 4 months now.
