SHOCKING SERVICE!

Should not even get 1 star. Poor service or rather no service. Shocking! I wanted to inform Ackermans that my cell number had to ne amended and card was blocked due to consultant saying failed security questions which was not the case. Now 2 weeks later after submitting required documents card still not unblocked!!!!

Disgusting service

Account was blocked as according to agent I failed security questions which was untrue. After several emails still no positive feedback. Called in and was asked to email my ID and 3 x bank statements which was done 22 April. Called in 29 April still not lifted. All this to change my CELL NUMBER. DISGUSTING SERVICE and I have been a client for more than 25 years.

Pay for No Service join Cool Ideas

Once again a complaint laid. A week later and still the problem persists. I work during the day ask to be called after work in the afternoon after 15h00 buy this does not get done. We pay for a service which I can not use especially in the evenings the connection is lost. This is an absolute disgrace as I have never battled as much as now with signal. I have sent 4 emails with proof of connection and speed tests done. Never again will I recommend COOL IDEAS! Can't wait to change to another service provider which is cheaper too. A lot of complaints from existing clients and I work.for a very big company.

Be careful

Shocking! When ordering Nazo meals we asked the coldrinks with no ice. What do we get half a glass of coldrink. When quering it gets said sorry but you didn't want ice. So.because you don't take ice you get half a glass of coldrink. This does not get advertised that coldrinks MUST be served with ice otherwise you get half a glass. What a joke. Then when asking where on add does it state coldrink must be served with ice. We got told to come inside and have a look how it's served. Hahaha. How pathetic. 🤔 who doesn't know how ice and coldrink gets served in a glass. Oh and this is not the 1st time we have asked no ice. Guess what we always for full glasses. Double standards!!!!!!!! No.womder everyone is complaining. Watercrest Mall McDonalds

Cool Ideas Service Provider

Disgusting!!!!!!!

We have been clients of cool ideas for about 6 years. However when moving to KZN Waterfall area fro. Kloof KZN we did our research and was confirmed we can have Fibre. We contacted Cool Ideas and had to wait over a week for someone to come out. Then another week as a pile etc had to be ordered as our property was too far from street connection. The consultants are useless we had to speak to manager and even after daily following up finally got it sorted. Now we have a PREMIUM increase we on 50/50 and have to Pay R750. Our signal is so bad for the past week it's running on 2/2 sometimes 17/2. We have spoken to consultants since last week Monday they reset router it didn't help. They check router all good. We then me tio Ed that our neighbour's had wifi connected on our box and since the we have a problem. No o e came out to double check but confirmed its not that. I have been waiting for 2 days for a manager to call and have this sorted. The worst experience EVER and I will not advise ANYONE to go with Cool Ideas. NO SERVICE but they take your money and don't get back. I have all the correspondence. Disgusting service!!!!!

Disgusting!

Yesterday I purchased at Checkers The Colony (KZN) an icecream cake ro celebrate. Wow when I opened it the icecream cake to have melted and was full of ice. The cake was galf its size. I took a photo and sent with slip to customer service. Who do they blame the ice company. It's Checkers. This is the third complaint for the same Checkers. They sell stale doughnuts amd the crabsick salad is slimy and disgusting. Yet when you bring it to their attention it's always this or that or why didn't you take it back. Well some of us don't stay the a shopping center tre and the price of fuel in the end will be more than the salad. Will NEVER recommend buying their. A colleague of mine had the same but with Wraps.

Never!

Remax Hillcrest worse service ever. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a house through remax. Once you show interest there you go nothing further. The consultant gets a huge amount of commission yet not a CONRATULATIONS nothing. If I see how other clients are treated from other real estate agencies. Wow!!!!! Wish we did our homework before hand.

We pay monthly for armed response yet you don't access our premises. Reported this and 24 hours later still no call back. Breach of contract!!!!!!

Stay Away!!!!!

Stay Away!!!! They come and fix (or so you think) your fridge you pay over the money and a day later your fridge again doesn't work. They ignore your messages and the 6 month guarantee is bull. Never ever will I recommend them to anyone.
