In the 15December 2025, my card was used for online purchases and I reported the matter immediately to ABSA ***** because the money is not cleared from my account and they told they account do the reversal of the money I’m disappointed with absa bank
I bought material from Gelmar Vanderbijl Park and I just discovered that the salesperson (Mpho) Was conniving with the carpenter he referred me to And the were doing the following 1. Exchanging material without my approval 2. Cash refunds, even when I still have receipts with me and not verifying the card that made transactions 3. Dispatch materials without my approval
I made an immediate payment of R3000 on the 24/10/2025 from my FNB account to my ABSA account and the payment is not appearing on my account FNB says they cannot assist me with this matter
I made a immediate payment from my FNB private account to my ABSA check account on the 10/09/2025 around 7:08 morning I called online banking immediately to inquire why they funds are not reflecting on my ABSA account I was told by the consultant to direct my query to ABSA I called again for the second time, I was told that the was an error from FNB side My money will be reversed back into my FNB account Since morning the money is not being reversed into my account
My Gyser burst and I contacted Nedbank home insurance for a claim but I was sent pillar to post And the service advisors they are so rude It’s been to 2days with a burst Gyser Nedbank provide poor services
Horrible service I reported a property matter to scorpion and I tried Several times today to get hold of Khanyiso Mapasa For advice and way forward but is difficult to get hold of him. I am being told he’s busy on the other line they will give him the message When I tried to contact him around 16:00 the lady who answered my call dropped the call on me while I was still talking
I called FNB today (08/10/203924) at 11:37 about debit order dispute and I was assisted by Nkuli Herimbi who told me that I don’t have banking app on my phone, I have to go inside the bank so that they call her and do finger prints And I tried explain to her that I do have an app a they sent me authentication message to approve on my app. I called again and I was assisted by a gentleman who did reverse the debit order The lady was unprofessional and ***********
Dis-chem Menlyn Mall (Horrible treatment) I was at Menlyn mall this afternoon (07/10/2024) To buy some few items including normally locked medication, we were then ambushed by the dis-chem security when we already outside the shop Security claimed that camera attended saw something that he wanted to show us on the camera We then comp**** but the was nothing to show us Camera men instead asked us if we didn’t forget one of the items, the item he was referring to is the one that is locked inside the small that can only be opened by the cashier. He still insisted that we didn’t pay for the item, I gave him till slip Instead of acknowledging his mistake, he resorted being violent. We then called the manager to intervene but he apologised and he said he will deal with the matter privately
I had a serious issue with the billing I received from Telkom for the month of August and I was referred to a billing consultant by the name of Nomsa My challenge with the billing is they went and changed my spending limit from R1 to unlimited Without my approval Nomsa told me that someone went an added another product. Which is Telkom plus but still she couldn’t tell me who that someone is and when was it done According to their procedure if you do any changes, you receive a system generated OTP for approval which I didn’t receive I requested that the intervene after realising that Nomsa is unable to resolve the matter Numsa refused to give me the contacts of her manager making reference to POPI ACT Which didn’t make sense because this is the business contract not personal contract My services will be wrongfully suspended as the fault lies with Telkom
I tried to contact scorpion for legal advice, the phone will ring for hours without any response.
