I have been a Cartrack customer for some years, Earlier this month, in addition to the monthly payment ,which they deduct directly from my bank account, they deducted an additional amount of R 117.72. Via all their communication channels, telephone, webchat, emails to client services, emails to accounts department, I have enquired what this additional amount is for, AND who approved it to be taken off my bank account. I am getting no responses, apart from "it has been escalated"!

I am battling to cancel my Rain Data Internet (Rain (Pty) Ltd) subscription since 18 December 2024, but they are still taking off the monthly money from my account. I have six refences, (#30046331, #30044550, #29989208, #29989094, #29984772, #28108354) and all confirm that it is regarding my cancellation and somebody will contact me. Thus far, nobody has contacted me and the money keeps on going off my account. There are no contact details on their website. I have queried this via their askrain robot on their website, many times. Here they say that they will escalate it and someone will contact me. Still no luck. Yesterday morning, in desperation, I found a contact number after searching the internet. After holding on for 43 minutes, a lady called Jane, sitting in the Philippines, tried to help me. After 12 more minutes on the phone, she said she is unfortunately getting an error on their system when trying to cancel the subscription. She promised that she will sort it out with them and call me back yesterday. Again nothing, no emails, no phone calls! In the meantime, my money is still going off my account.
I have agreed to the Vodacom Fiber on 11 November. I have been told that the installation will happen within a couple of days. After no response, I called the service desk on 13 Nov. Spoke to Dinico (pardon spelling). He confirmed that their app to schedule the installation does not work, they will call me to schedule. (Reference SR241113-444252) After absolutely no response again, I phoned on 20 Nov. Spoke to Ameer, who again made promises of a couple of days. Again after absolutely no response, I phone again on 3 Dec. Mpomsi apologise abd said they will install on 5 Dec. Again absolutely nothing!!
Today I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service that I received from Golf Resorts Club! I specifically need to mention Leon Darries for his dedication, professionalism and they way he explained everything while assisting me. It is always such a pleasure to be treated with respect as a customer!
#WIN I took my car to the Fourways banch of Supa Quick to have the battery tested and replaced this morning. One again the service that I received was outstanding! They were very busy (obviously because of the good service they provide). Everybody is running around working hard, including the manager, but are still very friendly and professional. I will always go back there for vehicle tyres, exhausts, batteries etc.
#WIN I went to this branch to collect one of my bank cards today. I was served by four staff members. I was inside the bank for less than five minutes. All Covid-19 protocols were adhered to by the staff, Who also made sure that all customers were doing their part in this regard. This was the friendliest, most professional service I have ever received in any bank,
We went there on Saturday 3 July 2021. What a pleasure to shop there, even on a busy Saturday! Apart from very good prices, what I enjoyed the most was the outstanding and friendly service we received from everybody there, and we dealt with quite a lot of people within the Hyper. Keep it up lades and gentlemen!!!!
I have booked at SkydiveDurban on the 7th of June, for the 21st of June, for tandem jumps for two persons. My booking for 11 am was confirmed by Vernon on the 8th. On the morning of the 21st, the weather was perfect. We were on holiday at Ballito for a week. At 8:31 am on the morning, I received a WhatsApp from Vernon, notifying me that the plane had to go in for “routine maintenance”. He said he will keep me posted. An hour later I enquired again. Vernon said he will chase them up and let me know. Another hour later I enquired again, asking whether we will still jump that day, as I would like to plan my day. Vernon got irritated and replied: “how long is a piece of string?” We then agreed to rather cancel, because he could not tell me, and I prefer to be treated like a customer. Interesting way to treat your customers! Thank you Vernon!
I needed to buy a rotisserie motor. I searched for it on the internet. Outdoor Warehouse was the most cost effective for me. I searched for the branches near me. Fourways Crossing branch is the closest to me. From the web, I phoned them to make sure that they have stock. Anela served me over the phone. She was most professional and helpful. I traveled there to buy the motor. Sipho's service was just as good. What a pleasure to do business where one is respected as a human being, and more importantly, as a customer. WELL DONE GUYS! I will go back at anytime!
