On the 23rd of May 2025 I got approved for a Hyundai venue with Hyundai braynston. I collected the car and I was only informed that the car has no spare key which I had no problem with. Two days later the handle and the indicator light came off. I contacted them and I got no help. Little did I know there was more to come. The fan belt of the was worn and I found out that there was panel beating that was done on the car and I was not informed about this. I contacted them again asking why they sold me a defective car and I got no response. Only 2 weeks later after doing constant followed did I get a response. I was told to bring the car in so I can show them what I'm talking about, which I did yesterday (24/06/2025). I sat there almost the whole day with them giving the run arounds. I ended up leaving the car there because I felt I was not being taken seriously. Instead of attending to the matter they insisted that I keep driving the defected car,which I refused. I must say this has been the worst experience I've had. Today my first installment is going through but I'm not happy.
I registered to use this app for my business. Then I was told to activate to be able to use the mobile pay function, after activating the agent tells me that the feature is not supported in my country, in short it has been over a week waiting for my refund and still nothing. Worst experience ever.
Had the most amazing experience at MTN Springs Mall today. I bought myself a Huawei Pura 70 and Sibongile Mthethwa was just amazing. I got 2 free gifts along with the phone, which brought tears to my eyes, was not expecting it. Thank you so much Sibongile for everything. You are truly amazing ♥️♥️
I have worked good with this company, but their recent treatment I'm not happy about. It's been 2 weeks since I requested that my bank account should be changed and even now nothing. Maybe because my business is small I'm not priority to them. I've sent emails and no solid response.
I recently moved to Capitec Business and I must say I'm not happy with the duration they take yo resolve your problem. I've called and chatted with them since Sunday to get my pin reset but even now I can't access my account. It's really frustrating to be honest and I had so much high hopes 😔
I have been having a problem with netstar device, everytime I start my car they call me saying I pressed the panic button. I don't know how many times I have complained to them about it. Yesterday I tried to cancel and their consultant literally gave me attitude and hanged up the phone on me like ***. Like I'm really angry at this moment. I want to cancel because their system is failing me and they are not even trying to fix it.
Bad service indeed. They use dubious debt collectors that don't send your paid up letters after you have settled them. It's now going for a month with me waiting for my letter. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Bad service, ive been waiting for my package for 2 weeks now. They are busy going out with it but it never gets to my house. Next thing when i check its back at the warehouse. When i call and ask they say the driver was out of time. I have never been so irritated in my like. 2 weeks and counting
After I canceled my membership 1 and half year ago and paid the cancelation fee. Today they call me to tell me I still owe them money. All this time they have been quiet. What a bunch of incompetent people.
