I would like to share my horrible experience that i had 04-02-2026 at 18H56 with my present insurance company called Iwyze , I called in for roadside assistance at that time and the consultant by the name of Tebogo attended the call and advise me to send a location to their Whats app number i did so but he went AWOL , Up until i called again at 19H08 then i was attended by the lady called Dikeledi and she did the very same thing of disappearing I had to call AGAIN at 19H29 after sending numerous whats app messages. then Dikeledi advises me that there will be an extra Kilometre charge of R769.00 because they don't get a close Tow truck service provider that is why it amount to that price as it charge from dispatch to pick up then drop off to dispatch. So basically Iwyze and their team they making their problems my problem whereby i was the one needed the service that i'm paying for. Then BOOM an SMS came through that the Tow truck is dispatch after Dikeledi hang up the phone on me as I was questioning her about all this extra Km fees. In-short i was towed at 21H08 and no one called to ask if the tow truck arrived , is the vehicle drop off safe like any other insurance companies. Surprisingly Tow truck driver asked for his R796.00 that he said its due to him then i had to pay him. Can someone at Iwyze with brains take this horrible service into consideration as i want my money back. I'm giving this company Alot of business * 4 Vehicles insured with Iwyze * House hold contents * Building insured with too I was with Outsurance before never experience anything bad from them only good service all the time.
I've never been disappointed and humiliated like this in my life by so called big company CARTRACK as they ****med me for a couple of months. Firstly i assigned for the package of R99 all to find out that cartrack is busy debiting R180 for good couple of months , when i logged a call regards to this they don't feel ashamed to acknowledge that they are at fault they even listen to the calls when i assigned for R99 , But now NO one wants to take responsibility to refund my money back they send me from pillar to post. Can someone assist me with this as I've been with Cartrack for the longest time now. On the 16-01-2025 registered a claim with Brolink/Hollard agent claim no is 00091157 for my electric fence ,CCTV camera and Dstv Lnb that was damged by storm and lightning on the 15-01-2025 round about 18H10 but unfortunately they send their accesor to come to my house and they first send the first supplier to inspect and they took ages to send feedback up until I keep on calling them and they second supplier but their out comes of the report was that they only paying for DSTV Lnb & CCTV camera NOT the electric fence because the damage on the electric fence it's wear and tear , that was total a lie because I sourced out a supplier that came through and check all to findout that the energizer it's a blown by lightning so we had to take it for repairs and I payed out of my pocket so I need Hollard to pay me back my money please it's clear that Brolink it's ****ming us as Hollard clients

I've been calling cartrack for the past week just to do a simple thing as I told them that I've sold the vehicle and they need to remove the device from it and install it to my new vehicle and charged me R800 that will be debited with my monthly premium but now no one I doing what we agreed on. Today I called them because the guy I sold the vehicle to wants to sell the car and they haven't remove the device. I ask to speak to their team leader at the rescheduling department and he promised to call me in 30 minutes but past 3 hours didn't bother calling me he just decided to go on lunch by the time I call again and I ask the guy by the name of Lesego on the same useless department he promised to get the technician and get it sorted up until now nothing is resolved what a horrible and *********** service we get from car what will happen if the car get ****** are we going to be given run around like this. The funny part this is not a free service or charity case I PAY EVERY MONTH FOR CARTRACK TO GIVE ME WHAT I DESERVE.
Outsurance it's always the best company to trust with everything your life ,car and house. Easy to submitt a claim and it get finalized within 24hrs. I wish everyone in South Africa can sign with outsurance.
I've never seen a insurance co.pany that practice some **** public like Bettersure it's a **** as I had 3 claims with them this year but non of them was resolved all of them where rejected with same reason code but the last one of my gate motor was dejected and they say it's wear and tear how can it be? Because the damage was caused by storm? And no one could answer that because even their consultant not knowing if they where threatened that if they approve a claim maybe they will be fired.But all I can say to South Africans BETTERSURE IS A **** they take our money and come with sorts of excuses not to fix any HOW CAN A STORM DAMAGE BE A WEAR AND TEAR ?
I had a drain blockage a week ago then a call was logged they came out to my house and unblock the drain all to findout that the plumbers recommend that the 3 meter pipe underground must be replaced as it is the main cause of the disaster , Bettersure consultant advice me to log a new claim the send a plumber on Saturday 31-08-2024 and the plumber saw that the pipe must be dug up and replaced coming to my surprise when I call bettersure they telling that they need to send another plumber for 3rd opinion why must I be sent from pillar to post for me to get the service that I'm paying now I can see that Bettersure it's a **** and SO *********** especially when coming to payout/fix and I still have an open call with them that was never resolved and this is the second one and they still giving run around can someone senior attend to this matter ASAP
This company Beame mixtelematics is a **** they handed me over to to Risima debt collectors whereby I told them last year to cancell my contract with them because they are so *********** and useless I payed that Risima debt collectors and even sent email to cancelation debt but no one did what I ask to cancell the contract now this morning they debiting in my account can someone in that stupid company do his/her job stop messing with me can the cancell the contract and my name on their stupid data base please as I don't owe them please
To whom it may Concern to is serious by doing his/her job , this morning I called and send what's app to bettersure to log a claim about water leak all over my bathroom but bettersure careless about the mess that is at my house but I'm a paying client of them one of the consultant called and told me that someone will call and assist me with a claim and send out a plumber to my house till now NO ONE CALLED OR CAME TO MY HOUSE , I'm busy wiping the floor every 10 minutes I've never experienced such a horrible and Terrible service in my whole entire life.
