Ordered a quilt via Takelot from Tlou tsa Ramoshaba trading enterprises. The product received is from different material (cotton on website, product received velvet), different pattern (intricately stitching on website, product received blocks), different colour (website single solid colour, product received printed) and not well made. They sell a lot of products via Takealot....

Contract ended and was cancelled in time but Vodacom keep on harrassing me because their *********** personnel can't do a proper job!
The parcel I sent with Pudo Locker to Locker was delivered at a private residence in the Roleleathunya township and not the Pudo Locker in Rouxville. Fortunately the person phoned the intended recipient. I don't know if I will ever trust Pudo again.
We've been loyal Binuns customers for more than 20 years. I've ordered online from them as well and the service has always been good, they are our "go to" for kitchen aids and products.
No answer on phone lines, e-mail addresses supp**** on website is undeliverable. the person answering the phone at head office is rude and not willing to assist. The people using their services have no means to contact them, really pathetic.
My 93 year old mother-n-law bought a pair of JCP Leathers' (previously JCB Leathers) sheepskin slippers from Takealot. After 2 months they started chaffing her on her toe. Inside the slipper a very hard object could be felt. After returning the slippers to Takealot, they said they won't exchange it, although it felt like a manufacturing fault. After contacting JCP Leathers directly, they said they will replace the slippers. Anni assisted very kindly to return the slippers and send a replacement. She also advised that upon inspection there was indeed a bur lodged in the slipper and thus a manufacturing problem that unfortunately was not picked up by quality control. 10/10 for JCP Leathers for customer service, 0 for Takealot.
