Dear Friends, Its not every day that we want to boost about City Power. Today however warrants such a good thing as it shows really humanity from one special lady I would like to thank a lady that has really gone above and beyond She escalated my tickets and called me more than twice on different days to find out if my power has been restored. Today I receive another call from her and she has now assisted with escalation for the rest of my community that has been without power since last Thursday
Today I am truly impressed with the service I received from Patricia in servicing and James in retentions. It is not every day when people accept that you are annoyed and still prepared to assist. You both are truly great assets to the group and to our brokerage. May God bless you and reward you for your service and kindness.
As a brokerage, we understand Insurers are facing high claim volumes almost everyday. Its with that said, that we would specifically like to extend a great Thank you to Brenda Ramohlale in the non-motor personal lines claims department. Her service was exceptional, she was helpful and prepared to stay on the line and ensure we are assisted.
I would like to send a big thank you to Tami Ntongana at Miway claims department. He was very patient, kind and explained everything. This is awesome service , and the Claim registered in under 12mins to top it off
So after paying an amount to ensure that my so called arears were paid up to date. I recieve two unauthorized payments and then notifications to inform me that my account is in arears? I am so confused and really feel like this is just a way to keep people locked in and charged for service they dont recieve as the account is blocked???????? I was toild that a manager had authorised the cancellation pending my proof of payment which was sent to them in March for a termed contract from October 2021
I had notified FNB that they should not allow any further debits from Mr P Mobile as they neglected to cancel a termed contract from September 2021. I finally managed to cancel the contract in March 2022 only for Mr P Mobile to debit my account again this month May 2022. FNB However cannot verify me on my cellphone and thus cannot assist me to dispute the debit which i never authorised. They've sent me a msg that they cant get ahold of me , yet no missed calls from them? I have called 3 different days and I'm told the same story that they cannot verify me .. SO HOW CAN A 3RD PARTY GET INTO MY ACCOUNT AND I CANNOT??? It is beyond me, Is FNB working as a syndicate for companies to steal and take your money without permission??? Can someone please answer me? FNB also does not allow for us to speak to a Team leader??? Is this service or day light robbery????
So my complaint is resolved but nothing has been sorted.
Once again I have been debited by Mr Price for a contract that expired in September 2021. Two debits went off my account today yet i did not approve the debi check This is theft and I think i should rather report it as such!
