It takes a while to get through to the call center amd considering this is for a tracker company this is really poor. My contract ended with them and they still debited me. Called them and they never get back to you. The app us outdated and slow as welll. They are very cheap but not worth it.
Makro Woodmead- Absolutely disgusting pick up and collect. I waited 30 minutes for my item which i just need to collect. What a disgusting experience. Whats the point of pick up if you going to make people wait so long. Dont be surprised when the business model fails.
We booked the place for a table of 16 people only to get there and see that the tables were not set and worse still dirty. The waitress did tidy up however we wanted to set up the place for the event. The cutlery was not ready- i mean not ready at all, they were still washing and drying the items which we waited 20+ minutes for. The manager was rude when we asked why this was not ready. We managed to set up how we want however when booking we was told we would have 2 waitresses at our disposal due to the number of people however this was not done and one waitress assisted which she even got the orders wrong. The food was delayed for a long while. I would really not recommend this place for more than 5 people.
Mr cheap asked me what other quotes i received and made sure they beat my cheapest quote. The drivers and staff was extremely patient and made sure my move went smoothly. I still received a call from Mr cheap after the move to make sure if everything went well. I hight recommend Mr cheap.
I purchased a fridge from Makro on the 31/07 and it was to be delivered on the 1st of August however it was not. I call in and they say they will get back to be however i do not receive any calls. The delivery company says they are short staffed. Makro what happens to all the food i purchased based on your delivery time. I moved in a new place and banked on your delivery time. I am absolutely disgusted by this.
One of the absolute worst fibre providers out there. Just avoid. The internet continuously drops . They change routers multiple times however the internet will continue to drop some times for multiple hours
Planet fitness fourways is an overcrowded gym. I am so glad that i will be canceling my gym membership this month. The gym gets so overcrowded that i end up leaving after 15 minutes. There is not enough space or equipment for the amount of people that are members. There are 3 benches and 2 squat racks and this is supposed to allocated for the whole gym. You never get to workout what you want because of how full the gym gets.. honestly the worst gym experience ever
I called in on the 23rd of December for a refund as i was debited for a loan i settled. Which is fine i understand that the debit was tracking however the employee never put through a refund request. I call in on the 3rd of January to follow up and was spoken to so rudely by an FNB employee. She informed me that an escalation takes 5 to 7 days and the refund takes 5 to 7 days. When i asked how can this be as then its no point escalating if it will take the same amount of days. How can an escalation take the same amount of time as the normal turn around time, her response was " Do you work for FNB, NO". I mean the level of rudeness is disgusting. The other employees was helpful however to the employee that was rude- you arent doing me a favour or any person for that matter. We call in for assistance not to be spoken to like trash- dont for a second think you are doing any customer a favor- you are doing your job which is serving the customer. I want a call from you to apologize for your level of rudeness, i will request the call recording as well- its a perfect example on how to drive your customers away.
I took my vw polo in for a major service which was done. I collected the vehicle and a week later the vehicle would not start. I was stranded and had to arrange towing of the vehicle. I took my vehicle in to a repairer who informed me that VW when conducting the major service cross threaded the bolt on my alternator which caused there to be less power going through. I contacted vw and before speaking to the service manager i asked the consultant to first confirm if vw had opened the bolt on the alternator which she confirmed they did i then informed of what had happened and spoke to the service manager who immediately was defensive and stated that he will "investigate the matter" and let me know. I DID NOT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY . Well its been months and i did not hear. Pathetic service and pathetic workmanship. I will never take my vehicle here again. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.
This has been the worst experience with any company. I hired a vehicle on the 26th of Feb and returned it on the 27th of Feb. Its now the 17th of March and i did not get my deposit back. I sent various emails to the refunds department and i was told on the 11th of March that my money has been processed for payment and will take 1-3 working days to reflect however its not the 17th of March and i did not get my money back. I call but its pointless as you are placed on hold for 15 minutes only to get through a receptionist who will then place you on hold again but you never get to the person who you need to speak to. I will gladly pay extra at another car rental company then deal with thrifty again. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
