I have purchased 3 Vuse devices and one of them is defective, burning through all my pods. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, they've refused to replace the device or compensate me for the damaged pods. Their policy is to charge me again for a replacement, which is unacceptable. The device is faulty, and they should take responsibility. Zero pros, all cons. Avoid Vuse SA until they improve their customer service."

Following my previous review regarding a damaged item that has been sold to me, I have been led to no nother choice as to write another review complaining about the poor service..... AGAIN!! I purchased and item at the Beares store in Boksburg CBD last year. When I opened the purchased item, I noticed that there were dents and scratches in it and brought it to the managers attention. The manager sent a representative to come and gave a look at the item (which remains unused at the moment), i was advised that it could be from me "moving it from the original delivery address". I have stayed in the same house for the last 4 years and have not moved the item to any other property after accepting delivery. When I corrected the manager from the store regarding I was advised that they would either give me a discount on the current item or replace it. Seeing as though they do not stock the item any more they cannot replace it, but yet no discount was given on the item. The staff that was helping me at that time also no longer works there so the current manager is unable to assist me with the current complaint. I suggest that no one should purchase anything from Beares/Lewis stores as their aftermarket service is extremely poor.
'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Rain. Despite numerous calls to their customer service team, I've been met with complete disregard and a lack of assistance. I've been incorrectly charged for service on multipleoccasions, and my requests for a detailed breakdown of the charges and correction of the account have been ignored. Rain's customer service team seems uninterested in resolving the issue. I've contacted them via phone on numerous occasions, but my queries remain unanswered and credit back to me remains unresolved. It's unacceptable for a company to treat customers with such disregard and neglect. Until Rain takes concrete steps to address customer complaints and improve their service, I would advise others to exercise caution when considering their services.
I don't normally do reviews but i am writing this note with disappointment . I bought a refrigerator at Beares in Boksburg CBD. The consultant that I have been in contact with has sinnce left.. After they delivered the fridge and I opened it, I noticed that there were dents in the back of the fridge and took photos. I sent it to the consultant who assisted me with the purchase and was advised that it will be taken up with the store manager (Gabriel). I have not had any feedback with regards to this and another point is that no one at the store knows how to set up a debit order properly. They take your bank card and initiate the debit order only for it to go off on different days than what my salary date is and then keep calling me and asking when the payment will be made when this is not my mistake, but theirs. In saying so, my account has fallen into arrears as a result of their incompetence and want to know what Beares/ Lewis Stores will be doing in this regard?
This website is a paradise for scammers. photos are taken from other website and uploaded to this site and the scammers act as auctioning dealerships. You go to view the car only to find that the place does not exist and you are requested to make a deposit to "secure" the vehicle, after you have made the deposit and call them to advise that the payment has been made, they tell you that you need to pay 50% and then the full payment needs to be made. The following day you are advised that the car has been auctioned off and they ask for you banking details to "refund" the payment that you have made and use your account details to empty out whatever is left in your account and the banks do not help to catch these thieves even after you have given them a subpoena to supply the person/s details to assist in tracking them. After a few days when you call and ask about your refund, they tell you that that have scammed you and won`t be getting your money back and when you tell them that you will be going to the SAPS, they tell you that they will never be caught as they have friends within the banks and the police. The SAPS is also of no assistance in this regard and the scammers are well aware of it and exploit thousand of people to this.
Definitely the best place to take kids for a fun day out and a relaxing time for parents or by yourself.
Good day, I had done an online booking in December 2021 for travel during tye festive season as i had an accident with my car a few days prior.Upon booking online all was fine but once I arrived @ Hertz Rent a Car at OR Thambo airport, I was told that I was not allowed to book a vehicle and therefore could not receive the vehicle which was already paid for . The lady @ Hertz could not give a reason as to why I was not allowed to hire a vehicle and said that I should email Hertz Customer Relations to get the information... this is robbery I received this reply from Hertz Customer Relations "Unfortunately we have received an alert from another car rental - reason unknown" and nothing further . So how do I get to the bottom of this ? Why cant Hertz furnish me with the information ? I do not hire vehicles regularly and when I do the rental company always holds funds , so I don't understand what is going on and why I cant rent vehicles The service from Hertz was atrocious to say the least and I will not be using their services again!! They don't even give your money back either!! THE REASON FOR MY REVIEW IS THAT I DON'T WANT ANOTHER INNOCENT PERSON TO GET CAUGHT LIKE I DID
Definitely the worst customer experience and service I've ever received. Do not refer your friends and family. When you do that you never receive the referral miles and get told that it's not a referral and the friend hasn't entered the code so you will not be receiving the points at all
