I have 2 data bundle SIM cards 1 SIM only contract and a cellphone contract at Telkom but in August they charged me for additional data used whereas I do not use the sim only contract for data .I have 2 Sims in each cellphone and I am surprised that as per my usage billing both Sims on 1 cellphone had data being used simultaneously and I was billed for it. Really disappointed with Telkom. When contract was taken with Telkom I did ask for a top up contract and not an open line . Telkom has a spend limit facility which I asked the consultant to put it at zero and he did say he did so how was I billed for excess usage. TELKOM NEEDS TO LISTEN TO THEIR SALES AND UPGRADE AGENTS CALLS AS MANY CUSTOMERS ARE BEING MISLED.

Telkom debited my bank account of the access amount too. I would like a full explanation as to how their billing system works.
Hi I purchased the 6 piece chicken combo but the chicken was uncooked and very oily . Chicken still had red near the bones .Very disappointed.
I purchased a medium 4 piece variety cake from the gateway branch .was very satisfied with all 6 cakes but the 2 vanilla pieces were burnt and had a bitter taste . very disappointed.
I had called the guys to regas my fridge . The guy mohammed said it was a hairline leak so no need for welding .He said he regassed it but to my surprise the fridge stopped getting cold 20 days after it was supposedly regassed.Please assist as these guys are ripping us off .Thanking you in advance .
2 of my shopping bags were left in the avanza that I took It was driven by thandaza mngomezulu. He never had the decency to return my goods. Disgusted by this behavoiur as it is said it is safer and better to use e bot taxify facility. Totally disgusted as drivers have become thieves.
I have been retrenched since 30 September 2020 and was covered by insurance for 12 months as I'm still unemployed but I'm being charged for collection fees and stuff while my account is still under insurance
I closed my personal loan account on 13 October 2021 and was advised by Gugu walaza that Caroline from complaints dept will close my account but instead my account was debited of a full installment on 29 October 2021 When called the call centre on 02 November 2021 spoke to Charles to whom I explained the situation of my acc He assured me the recording of the call to close my account will be avail at the branch by tomorrow but could not help me further Am upset coz when I asked them the last time if I owed. Anything I was told I don't owe anything but the account will be closed but they still debited my account on Friday 29 October 2021
I called African Bank for a settlement letter and was given an amount which was paid in full. African Bank did a refund to me. I have the settlement letter and the proof of payment with me. I am so upset with the shoddy customer service that was given to me. I even went to the branch to settle. I was put on the line with a call center agent who gave me a settlement amount of what was higher than the refunded amount. I am currently unemployed and still I opted to settle my account as African Bank has an unemployment insurance that only covers 12 installments.
I have complained before that I have been retrenched and after logging a complaint on hellopeter I was contacted by a very nice and polite Mr rory m from claims dept and was assisted and he advised me my claim will be sorted until June but I am still being harassed by their collections dept
