I have been experiencing great dissatisfaction with KOTEX SANITARY PADS, they stick to your underwear like SUPER GLUE, ripping the pad apart, tearing the stitches of your underwear each and every single time,and when I try to remove them, the pads tear, making it difficult to remove the sticky residue, this is disgusting to say the least.
Recently took out a contract with Cell C, and the consultant that assisted with the sale,new Huawei 13i, this is a terrible device to say the least, there is no Google features and needs to be accessed through 3rd party apps, I made request to cancel the contract and return the phone with no luck
I purchased BABY SOFT 24 pack, that toilet paper quality is so bad, IT'S EXTREMELY HARD with a terrible texture , the cheaper brands are so much softer, shame on you for misleading the public !!!!
What a draining experience having to call the call centre for assistance , Rain's service agents are *********** and useless to say the least, I made numerous calls with that said, calls are only answered after like 5-10 min MAX- when they finally answer they drop the calls, with laughing and giggling in the background ,when i finally came through to a agent I had to BEG not to drop the call on me , and TO PLEASE assist me !!!!its so sad that we have to pay so much money every single month for NON EXISTENT SERVICES
I made payment on Sunday 09.07.2023 , the full amount that was due, services was not restored, after phoning the call centre numerous times , and with a number of calls being dropped , I then got through to a consultant who asked me to send the pop to Proofofpayment@dstv.com, which I've sent 9-10 times, she finally found the pop and advised me that she attached it to my profile and that my services has been restored, the very next day services was cut of again, i had to phone again to go through the same process , and once again services was restored with the penalty fee as per the consulted WONT HAVE TO BE PAID!!!! service was cut again, i needed to phone again to get the service back up running, IT IS NOW REQUIRED OF ME TO PAY THE PENALTY FEE FROM THE DAY THAT I PAID THE FULL INSTALLMENT DUE, JUST BECAUSE THEIR CONSULTANTS DON'T HAVE CLUE WHAT THEY DOING
I HAVE TO ABSOLUTELY APPLAUD VERONICA MODISE AND ROSHAN LUNGOOMIAH FOR THEIR PROFFESIONALISM WITH REGARDS TO MY CLAIM, THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL! I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL FOR THE OUTCOME!
after numerous calls and emails made to Cell C about a contract that i never signed up for REF 3020500339, WITH UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS ON MY ACCOUNT!THIS WAS APPARENTLY SETTLED, I WAS YET AGAIN DEBITED FOR A TOTALLY DIFFERENT AMOUNT THIS MONTH BY CELL C , I REVERSED THE DEBIT ORDER AS I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANY DEBY CHECK ON MY ACCOUNT !!!!!THIS REFLECTS AS NON PAYMENT TO CELL C ON MY CREDIT SCORE CARD! I HAVE REQUESTED ON NUMEROUS CALLS TO CELL C, TO PLEASE SEND ME ITC REPORT STATING THAT I HAVE NO ACCOUNTS /CONTRACTS WITH CELL C!!!THIS IS A NEVER ENDING FIGHT WITH THIS HORRIBLE NETWORD TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!
I was phoned by Cell C to take up a new contract, which they took weeks to deliver the device, to my surprise i got a delivery only later , only a sim card, which i did not sign for, the person who signed was not asked for my ID or proof address, I made numerous calls to Cell C to please come and collect the sim card as this is not what i wanted, i got no assistance in this regard, the sim which is still in my possession was never opened or activated , I have debit orders going off , I made several calls again to Cell C in this regard, and every time the call centre just transfer your call to the next incompetent agent that don't have a clue what's going on, in order for me to cancel the contract that I DID NOT SIGN FOR i need to pay a settlement of over R1000, I have been shuffled around from last year with regards to the incorrect delivery , with no HELP from Cell C! what a USELESS network provider / CAN SOMEONE in CELL C PLEASE SORT THIS OUT !!!!
