Fast, friendly, and fair service received from Jacques!
They sell counterfeit goods. They use the seemingly South African website (toygamecentre.co.za), but in reality they're Tak Yuet International. The ad for the product that I bought was even the original product ads/pictures (it was a Kickstarter campaign). I thought it would be the real thing, but it was a cheap remake without the most important feature - the only reason you would by this item.

During the process of moving my accounts to Nedbank and opening up a business account with them, I visited the Sandown branch a number of times. Not once did I have to wait more than a few seconds before someone greeted me with a smile and ensured I knew where to go and what to do. I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for service, and the service was fast, professional and friendly. Most of my dealings were with Joggie and Lukas, but the whole branch seem to be on top of things, which seems to be rare these days.

I managed to land up at Juanita Myburgh after enquiring about Life Ensurance and Income Protection. Juanita has been extremely helpful, professional and eager to assist, going beyond what could be reasonably expected and saving me hours of trying to figure out options myself by providing me with quick clear feedback, options and suggestions.

I requested a small update. Willan sorted it out in quick time and informed me that I needed something additional to my request, which he also completed for me on the spot. He was very friendly and helpful.

I recently took a family member's old iPhone 4S for a battery replacement to iFix in Menlyn. The lady at the counter (unfortunately I don't know her name since she was new and her name tag just said \Front Office"or something like that) was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I was told that it will take two or three days"
I have an iPhone 5S, bought in April 2014 from Vodacom. At not even 10m old the battery drains from 100% to 19% overnight, with no apps, WiFi or usage - just standby. My iPhone 5S's battery went from 100% to 89% in the same period while I continued using mine.

I took it to Menlyn and it was sent to the advanced repair centre. A week later I went to pick it up - it was \returned not repaired". Apparently the battery is just fine. Their diagnostic test must have just been to check that the phone has power. I complained and said that I've tested the battery lifetime thoroughly to make sure it was the battery and not actual usage (one can also check this on the phone's stats)"
