The market is well laid out with a nice selection of stores HOWEVER DO NOT BUY EGGS - there are 2 egg vendors and I assume the same guy runs both stalls . He sells the eggs as Fresh which they are not . I used the eggs on the same day to bake and all the yolks broke which indicates that the eggs are not fresh - do not support
Had the most incredible customer service from Alistair at the Hillcrest branch. Efficient ! helpful ! Can do attitude ! This guy needs to be promoted
Don't use Hirsch's spares or repair department in Springfield Durban for anything . They useless !! No followup , ZERO CUSTOMER service. Rather google a technician and support small businesses . Also the technicians tell me Hirsch's are double the call out fee compared to anyone else. This is a message for Lucy Hirsch!! Take your budget you spend on radio advertising and use it to train your staff !!!
BE AWARE !! Useless beyond useless. They have zero customer service , no one can help when you call the help line . Do not use these guys . There couriers are also extremely rude . Lesson learnt , check who the courier servise is and DON'T use Buffalo !
CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS !! Pur your money elsewhere - their online platform is not secure ! I reported ***** 25 June. FNB said it would take 7-14 days . I called , sent whatsapp , have chatted in their secure chat in the app - MAKES NO DIFFERENCE ! It's now 22 JULY !! I want my money - how about someone calling ME and telling ME how the case is progressing . Your sytems were down , there were dozens of people in the branch reporting ***** in the same day AND I have evidence of a staff member admitting that there was chronic ***** over this time period . BEST this get sorted out otherwise you now leave me no option but to speak to a journalist .
If you have an FNB account - close it ! I reported a ***** case in June and I'm still waiting for feedback . Where is my money! ZERO regard for long standing client ! It is a known fact that FNB were experiencing issues with their online banking over this period - FNB your online platform is not secure ! I want my money
Your followup on *****ulent transactions is non existent . No one gives a **** ! Transactions have gone through my account NOT from me . I've reported , gone into the branch , followed up with the ***** department and all I get is we have a technical problem , please use the app to message us . Your friggin app DOES NOT WORK !!! Press the options and I get and error code . Whoever is reading this and if you are with FNB - CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT ! Their online banking is not safe ! I will now be contacting the press and sending mails to the CEO of FNB and will keep going until someone sorts out this mess .
Bad attitude of staff unfriendly experience this morning 27 May around 8h30. Completely ignored at the fresh food takeaway section. All I needed was a label for soup. TRAIN your staff to be friendly to customers after all we contribute to their salaries . Only when a staff member looking senior arrived did anyway even attempt to serve me . When I addressed this with he said he was sorry . Really ??? No wonder the staff don't give a **** because he does not give a **** . Those staff should be given a warning and so should he for not giving a **** about customers .
Imagine my surprise when I ordered a breakfast from your menu and what arrived on my plate . So I ordered Veg rosti with delicious avo and heaps of tomatoes . I got 2 tired looking rosti with a swipe of avo and literally 2 tomatoes on 1 rosti and 3 tomatoes on the other . They clearly ran out of ingredients . Absolutely unacceptable !!! When I spoke to the server she just looked at me and had no comment . So Mugg and Bean what are your comments. I have pics so if you'd like me to share them let me know
So a month ago I received a notification from BMW advising that my registration papers were stolen from the courier company involved in high jacking. Whilst I understand the delays I cannot comprehend WHY it is taking so long. Every time I call BMW I am told management have escalated the requests. Well that is NOT GOOD ENOUGH ! Best you fire the person handling this as how many other people are sitting with the same issue . GET off your butts and put pressure on the licensing department . It does not take a month to print these documents . This is totally unacceptable and such bull**** ! I am now escalating this with BMW in Germany as maybe the can get this **** show sorted out !
