Ackermans is very quick to close complaints without any action from their side. I’ve called in numerous times following up on my refund and all the consultants to is escalate. To day I spoke to the 5th consultant and she says their job is to escalate but there’s no response from finance about my refund. Poorest of service from Ackermans!!!
I placed an online order more than a month ago, the order was cancelled with ko notification or explanation. I sent a email to customer care and called in requesting my refund. Still waiting impatiently and frustrated. Never placing an online order with Ackermans again. Poor service
Cartrack transferred ownership of a tracker that is not installed in my vehicle and sent me a installation certificate. When I check the unit it is in a moving car in Limpopo when my car is parked in Gauteng. If Anything happens to my car then my insurance won’t pay because the unit is not working. So upset!!! Now they are saying I can cancel a contract when the unit has never even started working. pathetic!!!
I purchased a cellphone online from game and received an email confirming delivery however I didn’t receive the parcel with my cellphone. Game parcels always get stolen by or from their courier companies. This is pathetic really!
Such poor service. Pat soaked my hands in super hot sanitiser for an hour and kept on saying I must put my hands back into the hot sanitizer. After I kept complaining then only she put acetone. Her colleagues kept on laughing as if it was a joke. My fingers are so red, hard, dry and cracked, I even took pictures. I reported this to the lady at reception and she didn’t even apologize she kept making excuses that they poured sanitiser by mistake. The most humiliating part is hearing the staff laugh rather than apologise. I would appreciate a call from the owner.
Trying to call the call centre on 180 and 10210 and they keep repeating options and not putting me through to a consultant. Its so disheartening! I have a new contract and I am unable to load airtime. I elected I want to be able to top up when my airtime runs out. I dont know how the spend limit works and i dont know why its at R1500 on the app. I also want to know if there will be pro rata before my monthly contract fee is deducted and when will the first deduction be. I requested a call back via the app, no call I requested the link for service via sms, nothing!
I made an online order and the amount was deducted from my store account but there was no order number or order confirmation email as there was an error message stating one item is out of stock. I called in and held on the line for very long and I was finally told the amount will be refunded to my account in 24-48hrs. To date there is no refund. Please urgently process the refund so I can then proceed to pay and close this account. I’ve had it.
