We booked the Valentine’s special with FOMO and they collaborated with Constantia Hotel and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The room itself was clean /average, but the carpet had a damp, musty smell which made my partner uncomfortable from the start. The biggest issue however, was the facilities we specifically paid for. Dinner was completely unorganised, there was no clear direction, no set time, and everything ran very late. The food felt like an afterthought. We were served what seemed like a soggy leftover wrap. Considering we had paid for a dinner and breakfast package, this was unacceptable and we honestly would have been better off buying McDonald’s. Breakfast the next morning was just as frustrating. We had to complain before being served, and even then, the food arrived in dribs and drabs instead of as a proper meal. The massage experience was also poorly handled. We requested a Sunday 08:30 slot but only received the treatment hours later. It was meant to be a one-hour massage but lasted roughly 30–45 minutes. What made the entire experience worse was the staff repeatedly saying “we don’t know” when asked basic questions. It genuinely felt like they were unprepared and unaware that guests were even arriving for a Valentine’s package. The whole event seemed last-minute and poorly planned. Very disappointing overall, especially for something marketed as a special experience.
I have never been this disappointed with a bank in my life- Nedbank is a nightmare and that is an understatement, the app is ****ty. Tell me why is such a hassle to get my money from the mobimoney wallet, why is it access closed always in and off and why does it limit me and stops me from getting my money when lever I nee it, I just transferred money now and when I want to use it or transfer it back to the main account, I can’t. How does that even make sense? Why is this thing switched Amon and off and why must I wait 24hrs to get my money.
This is about the 3rd time I’m getting disappointed with Meat world Meadowdale (Edenvale). When I buy Biltong i get so much extra fat that not even a dog would eat 🤮{I wish I could upload a pic} literally 75 percentage if disgusting fat that is meant to be eaten by ***s and the least is Biltong and you only see this when you get home or in the car coz they wrap it in brown paper. I feel like they weigh you or ore-judge you before they decide if you deserve proper biltong or the disgusting fat. DO BETTER… I really hope this is not reacially motivated by the stuff… but treat people ge same
They obviously don’t give a flying fish about their client’s. As long as they sell you chicken, you could eat on the floor for all they care. I’m having a huge problem with being told “we do not have plates” or plates are dirty when wanting to dine in, during the day and it’s not even that busy. Where are the plates? So the store manager does not purchase enough plates or enough employees to wash them? It became even worse when I’m eating from a packet and people after me get plates. Is it because I was not irate or do I look stupid
I honestly love the whole concept of Tigersmilk especially the one in Harvest place and recently true the Bedfordview one and the avo and feta salad was great but we also bought wings and chips and the chips were so horrible, I ate one and could swallow it, it was like artificial and taste less, very disappointing. It didn’t even taste like those I’ve baked chips but horrible ans the inside of the chips was empty and not like real potatoes
I I’m absolute disbelief that a financial institution can be this ***********. I app**** for a credit card limit increase on the App and submitted all necessary in time and it seemed approved as I got a signed a contract and also approved debi check but the application status has been on “Being reviewed “ for 7 days now. No one calms you to tell you why? Or what is the matter. I call probably 3 times a day and everytime I call it’s the same thing, network issues when they try to call my employer or the number doesn’t go through, I’ve given them 2 direct numbers for HR but still no out come and this is going to be the end of the 2nd week with no outcome. When u call they can’t put you through to that confirmation department or a manager. No one cares nje and I’m sure no one reads my emails
The most annoying part is that this is not the first disappointing experience with this bus service. I want to know what kind of tuck shop area Eldo owners running? A total zoo or toy shop. Yesterday my sister booked a bus form Durban that was supposed to be here In Jozi at 05:50 am at least but the old not maintained bus never made it out of KZN, no alternatives were made, to consultants were there to assist telephonically, no managers available to assure your customers but just a driver who also didn’t have much control of the situation. People had to sleep in a cold bus with no hope. What is this? And how do I report this to the board or transportation or something. I need to know what is the next step? My sister will miss her interview that was supposed to be today at 11:30 and because of you people. I feel this whole bus company should close down or be sold to new owners who knows how to Tina. Bus company like Intercape or Intercity coz this is ridiculous. She would be here for her intertidal she opted to use a taxi instead of your services. Please revert back to me as soon as possible
I would like to know when the arrangement changed??????????? I see you guys are debiting me 3 times now, R57 and 2 amounts of R243 and this was never discussed with me. You sent your Rep or collector here at work when i was missing payments to make payments arrangements with me and I agreed to R243 and another sms was sent to me confirm if i can add R57 to that payment of R243 and I agreed to it and now boom from no where you guys are debiting R57, R243 and another R243 (using a slightly different Ref), you guys are acting like criminals hey - you could have notified and checked if i could afford this... I Need my money back please urgently, my kids are hungry and i need to pay to travel to work, so you can debit me the correct amount at the end of the month. For the past 3 or 4 months, you guys have been doing your own thing in my amount without my permission and this is illegal. I mean you cannot make an agreement with a client and then just change without notifying the client, you guys are selfish... You are crooks and everyone has been saying this about this bank. You are a bunch of criminals who take advantage of people, the small amount I took, I ended up paying 5 times more without knowing... yeses maan You will return all 3 or 4 unauthorized debits you took from my account - i will print out my bank statement. If this is not sorted, i will stop your payment at my bank, i will go to Hello Peter so you can send your stupid Rep or collector to my home ke... what the heck people Please sort this our urgently... you cannot just wake up and decide i want to ***** Yolanda's life up... I called your useless call centre, the agent did not assist at all, you guys have my details wrong, so i couldn't be assisted over the phone because of that stupid verification check, like i have the time to go to your branch again for useless results like the one i got in Pinetown next to Spar, stuff with attitude and not helpful at all... absolutely disgusting
