This is the start of a third week finchoice has debites my account and they have not allocates the funds and now this is frustrating to a point that i may swear them when the call me. Such poor service i have never experienced. Never using them again as a credit provider. This has affected my credit report due to there stupidity.
I am really disappointed with finchoice. They have debited my account on the 18/12/2025 and till to date my account has not been updated with the funds. Sent proof of payment still no updated and they contact centre keeps annoying with their calls. When requesting for a manager they drop the call. ****ty service they have

Policy number: 828542523 I am so disappointed with the poor service we have received from Dialdirect. Yesterday my dads car broke down middle of the road (mind you his in his 80s)0 and we contacted dialdirect to request for assistance towing the car back home. This happend around 3 in the afternoon. We were told a tow truck will be dispatched and till today no contact from DIALDIRECT and we had to pay from our own pocket for the tow truck and it doesn't come cheap. We are definitely disappointed and I think we need to find a new insurance.
I had a Cell C contract and paid up the account. Only to find when I check my credit report, they have listed the account as in arrears which ****es one off cause when I call the contact centre nobody is able to assist and their so call management/ Team Leader (LMaahlamela) was to assist me has not even contacted me after an email was sent to him or her that I would be assisted. Really disappointed at the service I have received as a company that I had previously worked for. The standard of service has really gone downwards as this is not my first contract with them and surely this is my last contract I'll ever take with the company.
I closing this bank account and moving to another bank. I cant be asking for a debit order date change and still nothing. I keep getting debited on the wrong date when funds aren't there. Just like today.
Poor service. I have paid my subscription but i have not been reconnected and tried to contact the contact centre but unable to get through, the options given are of no assistance
The service is very poor. When you call in your are being put through pillar to post. VERY POOR
they have the worst service every for two weeks nobody has been able to assist me. id say think twice before looking for there service.
