So I ordered a **** eater from them online paid for it and received last week Thursday. I then tested it and it was not working. I notified them the very same day. I was told they would replace replace it. I was promised I would receive it yesterday and I never. They could not even let me know it was not coming. I have been calling and emailing and no one bothers to reply or answer the phone. This is not good client service at all.
This is what I call disgusting customer service. So I am currently with mweb and I have moved. I have sent numerous emails to open serve and mweb. No one has bothered to come out and connect my line because the previous tenants did not cancel their line at the address I have moved to. They making it my problem. They have all the previous tenants account details it's their job to call the client not mine you get paid a salary to do a job so do it and stop making it my problem. DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!! I want my line connected as you are the cause I am unable to do homeschooling with my kids.
I am disgusted in mwebs service. I have been sending emails they don't even bother to reply. My payments are up to date but yet they have still not come to sort my internet out. Leave my number but no one even bothers to call me. What do I do I have both my kids that I need to teach how long is this going to carry on???
I have been trying to get mweb to come and reconnect my internet for 2 weeks now. No body is calling me nor replying to my emails. But they will want me to pay the full R409. I am very disappointed in their service. I home schooling my children and I need them to come out and sort it out. How long are they still going to drag their feet??
I have not had someone to come reconnect my internet. Been sending messages and no one gets back to me. Now they want to charge me to come connect a wire
I am doing this review because of the bad service I have recieved from Tymembank. I ordered stuff from Temu & then they refunded me of two amounts one of R193 & the other R85. All was done from Temu's side. Tymebank bank are supposed to release it. The one of R193 has been done but not the one of R85. I have contacted tymebank on numerous occasions and still nothing. They have all my contact details but don't even bother to contact me. I have even sent them proof of refund and it still has not been done. I just want them to reales the R85 and stop playing the fool. I have sent the screenshot of the refund and still nothing.
Disgusting customer service, I purchased an item from them on the 24th of July 2025. I paid the vat. I have recieved no updates since the 1st of August 2025. I have contacted on more than one occasion and no one can tell me where my parcel is. I get told they sure how frustrated I am. They tell me I can request a refund but that is not what I want as this is my daughter's birthday present and it's late already. I don't know what to do anymore as no one is prepared to help me
Still no response from the queries department. This is disgusting customer service if you ask me.
I was overcharged when collecting an item. I have been there twice to get what's owed to me and nothing has been done. I have contacted head office and no one is getting back to me. I have given the info they need and I have still not heard anything
I have sent 4 emails to query@mifa.org.za to get my council number and no one is getting back to me. I worked for a company a long time ago and they never gave me any member number. Could someone please get back to me on 0607249155
