Great service from Car Care Clinic Valley View They communicated with me every step of the service and I went back two weeks later to change one of the lights, and they changed the light free of charge for me.
Poor customer service Dstv has no regard for the customer, I get disconnected every second day, and I have to phone to get reconnected. They asked for POP, which I sent, and the services still get cut every two days. The customer help team keeps telling me they have escalated the matter and that there's nothing more they can do.
I went to Pick'n Pay Cosmo Mall around 09:30 this morning, and only one till point was operating, which led to a long queue and unnecessary delays for customers. How can such a big store only open one till point? This meant that you have no regard for our time Bongani Sibeko
Poor customer service, misleading operational times on the internet (internet states they are closing at 16:00, I got to Northgate I was told by rude staff that they closed at 15:30) Branch Manager refused to give me his name
Good customer service and quick to respond to claims. Efficient in assisting with the claims.
Spar Potchefstroom Bult does not adhere to closing times. I got there at 19:57 (20/01/25) and I was told I can not go in because they close the doors at 19:55 I showed them trading hours written on the door which clearly state that they close at 20:00 and if they want to close at 19:55 they should communicate that. I went in and the security guard tried to manhandle me but he touched the wrong guy I don't take nonsense. I went in forcefully so and bought what I wanted. I’m going to go again tomorrow 21/01/25 at 19:57 I want to see what they will do. I’m raising this issue here so that if this is how Spar does things, then you need to communicate with your clients. 18:23-Poor customer service, and poor technical help. I called the helpline (011 289 2222) After holding on for about 10min, I finally got hold of the consultant (Zandile) The consultant kept keeping me on hold as she was helping, at some point, she kept me on hold for about 15min until the line cut or she dropped the call. 19:03- I tried to call back and I was put back on the queue as caller number 251, funny enough the system recognized that I was calling back but still put me on the queue. I pay so much money monthly to receive such treatment. After waiting for another 10 minutes or so on the line, I got hold of another consultant Zipho Nqonqo, who I have to say gave a much better service even though my query was not resolved.
Cosmo Mall Pick n Pay. Poor customer service by Caroline Lekote (teller) and Sithabile (didn't get his Surname. He is a manager) they both failed to adhere or to put measures in place and ensure the 5 or less queue is strictly for 5 or less items. When I raised this, I was told "tell the customers not to come with 5 or more items in this queue" That's not my job it's their responsibility and they failed. Pick n pay shouldn't put signage if they themselves are not going to follow it.
Poor service from KFC Cosmo city ext8, spent more than an hour on the drive through. Worse you can't go forward and you can't reverse either so you're stuck. Worst ever service
Most of the times internet connection is lost and they never pick up their phones, its useless to have their fibre as most of the times you will be required to make other means to have internet connection. They don't care about you as a client. SIGN UP WITH THEM IF YOU ARE WILLING TO BUY EXTRA DATA ON THE SIDE WHILE YOU ARE PAYING THEM MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
