AN EX EMPLOYEE of the company needed help with his Withdrawal of his Pension Benefits.after Numerous Calls to HR and emails ,NO Help was forthcoming.They want the client to do that on his own.He is NOT Fami**** with the process and does not have access to Smart Phone or Emails.So i wanted to help him,But they Refused to give HIM Details of the amounts. I just feel that its pathetic service to a dedicated Employee that helped with Profits for this company ,for over 10 years.
Withdrawal from a Tax Free Plan NOT Finalised after 32 Days .Dont know if The Admin Manager or Consultants -Sue-ella x, Kayleen or Zuileka Know how to Keep to Promises they make.
Newcastle Mall Pick and pay.Advertises Specials on Products ,but no stock. Had Special on Stork Maragrine.Only had White Margarine under THE PICTURE OF Yellow Stork Bake.Purchesed by a child ,The white Margarine ,as that was the only one on thr shelf.Tried to exchange for the Yellow,the MANAGER REFUSED TO EXCHANGE.I think False advertising and not having stock.
Purchased a Battery,was told it carries a 25 Month Guarantee.NO Conditions Specified.13 Months later the battery is Dead.Had to try to jumpstart ., to no avail ,the battery remained dead.Took the battery for a replacement,as i was told ,when purchased that it will b replaced.A Zondo was rude and refused .Cause according to him ,a terminal was damaged.NO sign of damage

So om policy is that a policy can be revived within 6 months if it lapsed. I revived a policy,BEFORE the 6 Months was up, burt they refused . THEY have asystem problemy,in that a Premium increase was to take place in August,so nothing could be done on the policy. So im being penalised for a SYSTEM that they have,which wont allow ,EVEN THOUGH THE Request was within the Timeframe that they set.Very Disappointed!!!!
Submitted a claim for scratches.They refered a company for a HUGE AMOUNT just to remove superficial scratches.I the took my car to a Dealer APPROVED BY THEM and he gave me a Quote for 1/6 of the price.The Cpmpany is REJECTING THE CLAIM as its TOO CHEAP FOR THEM. What will they do Just to RIP CLIENTS OFF. People ,just be careful when Taking these Insurances,

i Took Measurements of a Window for Blinds to be custom made.`The consultant told that the measurements have to b adjusted ,to fit.Thinking he should know what he was talking about,I signed the order,( After he made the adjustments)Guess What? The length is short and they want me to place another order to new Blinds,,,,Never,Never,,NOT ME.I will rather pay Double with another Provider.What an easy way to generate MORE SALES.
Applied for a Natis Doc 7 Weeks ago.NOT Received to date.Queried Today-After 7 weeks ,No solution.Was promised the doc Within a Week.Funny Thing is --The consultant said RELAX ,its on its Way. Covid excuses for shoddy Work!!!!!!
