Poor Service, No Service!!!
First off, getting a hold of someone is a total nightmare.... They dont contact you back. I finally got through to a consultant via hippo.... I took out my insurance on new car, consultant great..... My existing profile needs updating and the consultant told me I just needed to email him the details and he would update it for me ....Still not happened...I tried to do it online and now my profile is even worse.....seriously considering changing my option and rather going with someone who will be readily available to assist clients .....this is not the Budget Insurance I know.....They use to be tops, not anymore .....SAD!!!

Best Service!!
The most amazing service!! Went to find out about what I needed to get my number plates for my new car put on. They not only sold me the *****s for a whopping R8.00, but the guy who assisted me was awesome enough to put my number plates on my car for me, without me even having to ask him. I was quoted R30 per licence plate at another place!! Definitely would recommend Jacks Paint. I always receive excellent service from there and they super affordable and extremely helpful!!!

All's well that ends well!!
A bit of a rocky start, but...All's well that end well!! I would certainly recommend Fastway Courier after I received friendly and professional service from the delivery guy today. Thank you Fastway and Let's see if with our next interaction we could bump up the rating to 5 🌟 from start to finish.😄

Excellent Service
Received brilliant service from my local Lombard Tyres at Key West Shopping Centre. Had a sizable issue with my two back tyres and solved in 10 mins flat and might I add at a very cheap price too! Went to competitors right next door and they seemed to have absolutely no idea as to what I was even talking about? Keep up the fantastic service. Will make use of the same branch in future!

Shocking Service From Salesman
Went to my local Tiger Wheel and Tyre at Key West Shopping Centre in Krugersdorp, with a very basic issue regarding my two back wheel tyres, both of their valves being torn and needing replacement. The salesman I dealt with on entry, pretty much refused to help me. Saying that he could literally not help me at all and that he had no idea as to what I was even talking about? I went next door to their competitors and was immediately helped and asked to drive my car into their bay. Problem solved in 10 mins flat! This shocking service that I received from so called 'Tyre Specialists' that I have spent thousands of rands on in the past, was an eye opener to say the least!

Fantastic service 1Life
Superb service. Feels like they actually care about clients which is rare these days it seems. Definitely a step above the rest compared to what I went through to try to get life insurance. Thank you for the friendly, service guys.

Disappointing Service
What a waste of a day. Been trying to get life policy from Metropolitan Life today. Nobody calls you back....When I made a complaint through website, I receive an sms with person's name and ref # who would be in contact shortly. 1 minute later, another sms consultants struggling to get a hold of me....yet, no missed calls. Other calls came through today, why is it just their consultants who can't get through.....I guess perhaps Metropolitan Life has too much business and doesn't need mine. Super disappointed in the service. I guess I should say thank you for that now as opposed to years down the line.
