After my Wife received an order today that was meant for her father, neither of us will ever order from netflorist again, • Next day delivery only arrived after 5pm? • All chocolates in a R700 crate melted • Paid for additional gift card missing? Message missing? • a Normal courier delivering it? No pink van (takes away from the magic a bit hey) • We paid R1100 for a wooden crate, with only about R150 worth of melted chocolates, a R100 flower and a normal courier? Today was the last day that Netflorist will ever receive an order from me and my family, utter disappointment we had to go buy new chocolates to put in the crate, we had to make a handmade card just to make this gift worth giving thankfully they refused to go to his place of work to deliver it. imagine what a disappointment that would of been, they would of been closed, a random guy in a bakkie would of delivered it, the chocolates would of all been melted and a R300 flower would of came in a cheap black plastic pot. thankfully it was delivered to us first because I would of been ashamed if it went directly to him.
Can't send sms's, phones support twice, checked message centre number and dailed some code but it's still not working, both agents were unprofessional and arrogant, the faster this place closes down the better
Absolutely horrible service from this company, never send a parcel with them, they are not bothered to do their jobs, the sooner they shut down the better.
<div>Their systems are clearly broken do not try to host a domain name with this company they will send you your invoice 3 months before renewal and any dates reflected on "their" system is wrong, Send them an email expect not to hear from them for a few days, call into the call center and everyone is clueless, I would not use their services again even if my life depended on it.</div>
My wife went here today, we were on time for her appointment but she had to wait to be helped, what's the point of making appointments if you can't stick to it? She sent a picture of how her hair always gets done and was informed they can do it and quoted her R1000, I picked her up after she was there for 4 hours and I am in total shock, She asked for Black, not blue black. she specified the red and the red used looks like the cheap boxes you buy at the store. she was asked if they should cut her ends, she agreed and they hacked off almost half the length of her hair, I would not recommend this place for professional or quality Hair Colouring or Hairstyling. actually a refund is in order because now I also need to find a different salon to fix this mess!
Absolutely no aftersales support for their product they have a service and spare centre but everybody that works there is incompetent and not really in the mood to work at all
Premium Quality Balustrades installed at our house in Parkhurst I was so impressed with the quality, Our Estate agent commented that it boosted our property value significantly
