Milward and king properties the service is not there, on calls they don't pick up, emails they get back to you after some time or just don't reply at all. Service that are supposed to be rendered must not be treated like favors payment is due for these services. The representative am dealing with Mr/Ms Buys seems have to work around his her own time and for me as a client it's not appropriate how they conduct there business.
Scorpion seems to be good on adverts like you would not have to worry. In my experience it seems as a misrepresentation, as they first seek why not to represent you while you are paying these services. Like am asking for a favour am not if am paying for it, it is indeed within my right to get that service or product. I am disappointed in the company and it's representatives.
MTN does not have an option to talk to a service champion, just a robot. tried using the ussd option that they give on the call its not working. on a review here MTN says if you don't have the option after calling 135 just press 0 it will connect you to a service champion thats a lie, that does not work.
Liars, poor customer service, i logged a claim long time ago, they dont even answer my calls, even the calls from the pannel beater they aproved, yhu so much money i paid them. i left them a lot messages they do not come back to me, liars
I am highly disappointed by the the treatment and cruelty of RCS and BUilders, i have been paying their credit card for more than i was supposed to be paying them because i wanted to be finish paying it, little did i know that those amounts i have been paying just disappear. when i checked my balance last week because i wanted now to settle it, to my supprise they only recorded one payment. Yhu the consiqueses of that on my side, their interests and damaging of credit score. I will not rest up until they fix this and i i want other customers to be careful when they are dealing with them BUILDER and RCS are scamming my hard earned cash. Not to mention how many times i tried their customer service with no help just waist of my resources.
will never recommend this company to anyone, infact everyone must run away from this compamy as far as possible because you will pay them on time but when you claim your service, you will run out of airtime thousand times calling them telling you they will get back to you.....Today is the second day i am waiting for the approval of my car to be serviced but they keep on telling me to wait they will get back to you.....even their management do not care, i am waiting again today at GP Auto spares and the owner here sent them an email long time ago but they keep on saying they will get back to me and manager even lied and said they are waiting for the email from the service center where as it was sent long time agao
Afternoon Yesterday I received a call, that I owe telkom and I'll be put on credit bureau. I could not get hold of you call center when I have issues, February I consider changing service provider. You have an unreliable department for cancellation and sorting out issues, I did not have a fixed contract with telkom, I contracted through Mondo for that matter. The issue is I tried cancelling my contract as early as 21 of February, till I exhausted every resource possible to try and cancel my contract, I felt like it's a trap one can get in contract easly, but waisted more than I pay for data in just traying to call you but could not get hold of anyone, I also called mondo so they put me through your phone's still I could not get hold of anyone at talkom, which makes it difficult to cancelling a contract. I resulted in stopping your debit orders close to month February as I have strayed every thing to put this contract to end. But telkom changed debiting account number I reversed because the is no service you provide for I don't understand what am I billed for. Data contract as long as I have used them, the minute debit order bounces data is not allocated to SIM card, so what am I owing? This more than I can take, on the attachments the are few emails I wrote to telkom an mondo to try and get me out the nightmare.
