Awful service
I used them few days ago. Very awful service. They charged me extra yet left some of my stuff behind. They brought a pen truck instead of the trailer they promised. I would not recommend them

Refund!!
My wife and I rented a car in Cape Town and we were made to put down a deposit. After returning the car they deducted 50% from the deposit in the name of extra driver surcharge. I will never use their service nor recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service
Services are appalling. I regret using them. Ineffective tracking system and no proper and efficient customer support. If you want safe delivery of your parcel without issues, Never use Fedex .

Turkish airlines
I had a terrible experience with Turkish airlines agents and wrote a feedback to them. Its been 3 weeks and no one has cared to investigate the issue
