I am re-posting this review with a revised rating: Original review: Claim was approved quickly, Major problems getting approval from King Price to repair the car at the Mercedes authorised repairer Claim was approved quickly, Major problems getting approval from King Price to repair the car at the Mercedes authorised repairer. 7 phone calls so far and lots of broken promises. Today, Samukelisiwe Nkosi was extremely helpful and kepy her commitment to call back, hopefully this is now resolved Another day, no progress. Nearly three weeks after the incident the repair has not even started. King Price was supposed to change the repairer to DALS since the are the only authorized Mercedes repair center. Dals knows nothing about the repair. The original assessor (automagic) knows nothing. I have never had such a miserable claim experience in my life Close of business today if there is no progress I am taking this to the NFO I will update this review as the claim does or does not progress

Please avoid, this business is not legitimate. They took my money and did not deliver anything. They are also uncontactable. Additionally (and I only looked now, silly me) if you look on Google street view you'll see their address is just a random suburban house
Avoid this business if you expect competent support. They sold me a faulty ****le, could not fix it then said I had to pay to courier it back. So I called to ask to speak to the manager. "The manager does not take phone calls" !
I have previously reviewed Naked on this platform, but to repeat: This is how insurance should be. The sign up and claim processes are both as efficient as each other. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Communication is consistently excellent. In short, this is insurance as it should be
If you value your sanity, avoid Webafrica like you would avoid a raging bout of herpes. Support is only reachable via WhatsApp. And when I say "reachable" I mean expect to wait five hours (no, I am not exaggerating) before talking to someone whose skills maybe stretch to making two minute noodles with adult supervision, but no more. I wasted ten hours over two days doing trying to get my line working. It still isn't working. I canceled the service. The cancelation isn't even working, they are still trying to bill me a month on. Here's the thing though. Sales will answer the phone in two rings.
Utterly horrible dealing with activations and support. I have been trying to get my profile activated for a week with no luck. Many hours, continual requests for duplicate documents and then in the end refused to accept the COR18.3 doc from the CIPC which lists me as a director. I just asked them to close the account in frustration.
You would think an app that offers low cost insurance would be problematic when it comes time to claim. Quite the opposite. Friendly, fast, efficient, painless. I can't imagine life before Naked
Seamless experience selling my bakkie. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Payment was immediate and the price was fair - better than the webuycars offer. Highly recommended.
I was with Afrihost for a year or so, I cancelled early June. Changed my mind said I wanted to downgrade the speed as long as that could happen for July. Long story but the short version is the support staff lied and said this was possible when it is in fact not. Now I have an end August cancel date instead of end June. In order to escalate they insist you call a phone number instead of being able to email senior staff.
