Sad to say, but I’ll never deal with this company again. I had previously sold vehicles to them before, but this won’t happen again in the future. I was planning on selling my vehicle due to the fact that I was receiving a company car. After a full vehicle inspection and test drive, I was given a firm offer of X. I explained that I could only do the deal once my company car was delivered. They were OK with this and understood. A month later, and an extended hospital stay, I contacted them to let them know that I was ready to sell the vehicle. The same consultant came out the same day and did a test drive and inspection again. He confirmed that the car was in exactly the same condition as previously. He really loved the car and wanted it for webuycars. However, even though the vehicle was in exactly the same condition and only had another 400km on the clock, his superiors tried to lowball me by dropping the offer by more than 10% citing “current market” and would not budge. 30 days later? The consultant was extremely embarrassed and didn’t know what to say. This was a complete waste of my time and effort, especially since I was physically battling one day out of hospital. The consultant Keenan was very pleasant to deal with, I feel that his superiors are ********* and underhanded. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not be recommending we buy cars to colleagues and friends again. It seems as though the offers are based on the random whims of the buyer on the day. Not a pleasant to experience, and I’ll be looking to sell elsewhere.

Incredibly poor service, frustrating beyond belief. Been on hold a total of over 2 hours via 3 phonecalls, over 5 days, and still no progress at all. I am considering cancelling my subscription and my company's several contracts. My 77 year old mother took a price lock and new decoder and signed a new contract that came with installation. She would have been better off sticking with her old decoder or cancelling completely. DSTV arranged an installation (yes, YOU....Vhengs Trade - Vhuyisile) who came round and did half an installation. they were more concerned about getting the old tv for free than completing the job. They left halfway through the installation saying they were coming back the next day, and never heard from them again. 3 Days of my poor mother trying to navigate DSTV with no success on the phone, promises of escalations that never happened, lots of talk with nothing being done. That's when I stepped in. Promises from a manager to sort it out on Monday...nothing happened. Lots of sitting on hold. Today called again, after 38 minutes on hold, was told they had arranged for a new installer and gave me his details. Called him 1 minute after, and he has never been contacted by DSTV, knew nothing about it, and is fully booked and cannot do an installation. Incredible! Long weekend coming up, and my mother is looking like she will be staring at a blank wall the whole Easter Weekend? Now I need to call back and face more hours on hold. What on earth are you doing Multichoice?? This is unacceptable. Going to cancel my own subscription and move to streaming, refuse to deal with a company treating a pensioner like this.
While dealing with insurance is never something we enjoy, my experience when adding or making changes to a policy has been fairly pleasant, and especially the willingness to review premiums and give a discount when they can. As far as their contact center and people assisting is concerned, I have had decent interaction. Today's was with Tshepiso Flag, and she was very pleasant to deal with, and fast/efficient. It's this that keeps me with them on a long term basis. Cannot comment on the claims process, but the quoting and amending deserves a solid 4 stars. Thank you Tshepiso.
What a pleasure dealing with this company for 3D prints. The ability to upload your 3D models, instantly get a quote, and then place the order at the same time all through the web portal is such a pleasure. I was also impressed that every time the order status changed, I got an email. The quality of the prints looks great. Just overall a fantastic service. Not related to them in any way, just a happy customer. Will deal with them again. Btw, pricing was more than reasonable.
Purchased an electronic vape mid May. Item broke before 30 days were up. Contacted the manufacturer overseas, who confirmed 100% that the item is counterfeit and a fake. Tried to get a return from takealot who refuse because a few minor accessories were stolen. They don't care that the item is fake, they have since restocked more, and refuse to provide any customer service at all. They hide behind bogus return policies. Now I am forced to open a fraud case. Worst service I have ever had from an online company. Shame on you selling illegal goods and refusing service!!
Had a very pleasant experience today with Miyelani getting and accepting a quote for vehicle insurance. Very efficient and the price was very reasonable. Look forward to being a long term client.
I have ordered a few times in the past, and always had flawless service. Not the slightest hiccup. Recently I ordered some bandsaw blades, and when I received them, the sizing was a bit out and unusable. I thought I was in for a battle, but on contacting them, they were very apologetic...immediately offered to take them back, refunded me in the method that suited me, and all in all, just very pleasant. I can thoroughly recommend this place, and thanks to Judy for being a pleasure to deal with. Will be a future repeat customer for my tool needs.
I don't import as much as I used to, because customs has become greedy and irritating. But when I do, I make use of this company to consolidate shipments at one depot and send them to SA. Just imported a batch of parcels after a long break, and am once again impressed with PBCX service. No, they aren't dirt cheap. But they aren't unreasonable either. They are fast, efficient and reliable. Got my stuff within 4 days of shipping, and will use them again. Thanks guys, appreciate your service and will continue to do so until we one-day have an efficient post office, which will be never.
I don't know what it is about this particular store, but I am always blown away by the service at this branch. Not only do they just go out of their way to help, but they never make me feel like I am bothering them with my late arrival or particular requests. Every single staff member there seems to just be a cut above. I shop at plenty of different hardware stores, but there is just something about this place. Give yourselves a pat on the back and please pass on my thanks to the workers and management.
