I would like to take this opportunity to just inform you that I am highly disappointed in the service I've received from Outsurance. I've requested a call back from one of their employees Gavin to give me a quote on a new vehicle on Monday 25th March 2023. Gavin contacted me at 09:52 on Monday. I was quoted R2800.00 premium for my son with an excess of R8000.00, with the excuse on that firstly he is male, secondly the colour of the car is a factor, thirdly he only received his license in January 2024, fourth because code 10 is a higher risk that code B license, and I can go on and on. Please note all calls are recorded! Then "to help me out" I was quoted a premium of R2660.00 with an excess of R11 000.00 just to make my premium lower.. But yet 2 weeks ago he did a quote for a family member for R1100 and the regular driver has had her license for a day.. DO YOU SEE MY ISSUE! My son are being discriminated against for being a man, and being discriminated against for his age! I received a call back from Hedrick after I lodged a complaint only to be informed that he cannot assist us because of my son's age! And the R500 rand that they will pay you, is the biggest load of bogus, as soon as I mentioned that to him, I was told he cannot claim the R500 because he did not have insurance before! I could not help myself but to burst out laughing!
I've just phoned MTN as they are changing my contract fee from R99 to R118, a contact that I've signed up only in November.. Anele told me that it's because of the itemized billing that my fee is going up, I told her I've cancelled my itemized billing but she insisted that it comes with the new package.. After I informed her that I want proper answers nor scripted answers and I'm tired of being patronized she dropped the phone on me.. What a service you give MTN!
I saw the special in a Game Black Friday catalogue on the 22nd of November 2023, for the Bestway Steel Pro Max ( pump and filter cartridge included) I took a screen shot and then went to find the item on their website making sure that it includes the pump and cartridge, which it does, I then phoned Game Alberton on Wednesday afternoon and I spoke to Kuku to enquired about stock on hand for the Bestway Steel pro max pool on special.. She went and checked and phoned me back to inform me they have stock and I asked her to please keep one aside for me as my husband was going to collect onThursday.. She said she'll speak to Dumisani from that Departement to keep it aside for me with the promise that I'll definitely collect it the next day.. My husband went Thursday morning 23 November 2023 and purchased the pool with a cover from Dumisani.. After I opened the box last night (Thursday) I discovered that there's no pump and filter cartridge in my box, I went to double check the catalogue and website again and I took screen shots to back my words, hens my phone call to Game Alberton and then to Game Head Office.. The floor manager from Alberton Nelson and a gentleman by the name of Dinesh informed me that Head office informed them to tell the customers that the incorrect picture was used, and that they published a letter stating that the picture was incorrect, but yet their website shows the pump and filter cartridge included for R1299.00, and no letter!
Ive been trying to get through to the billing department or a manager to assist me with incorrect billing from an upgrade done with MTN ot the 1st of April 2023. I lodged a call so that they can look at my account in April, only to be notified that my call has been resolved but yet I am waiting for someone to resolve it or to speak with me. I contacted MTN today 30 August 2023, I spoke 7 different people not one being able to transfer me to the correct department, I landed up at mobile collections department, only to be transfered again to a different department, then speaking to Bonghenkaza fo only be transfered again to another department to be informed they cannot assist me and dropping the phone in my ear after being ont the line for nearly 59 MINUTES.. What a joke.. MTN get your staff propperly trained and highlight your departments correctly, otherwise I do not see a future for you! What happened to service qaulity? Oh wait South Africa does not have that anymore!!!
Trying to get an agent to contact you is like squeezing water out of a rock.. I've emailed them on the 3rd of April 2023 to cancel my insurance with them, I've had no contact at all.. I've tried phoning, I've tried emails.. Nothing seems to work! Absolute pathetic service!
Absolute profesional service.. Gladys kept me up to speed with every step of my vehicle, needless to say with all the hurdles from our insurance company. Went to collect my vehicle and was greeted with such friendlyness from all the staff. Found a small issue, and I was assured by the owner Jameel that I can bring my vehicle in at my leasure and he will sort it out for me.
I went there today 30/01/2022 to get the Spar Butter that is on sale for R49.99, and Spar rewards customers gets another R10 off. So to no surprise when I got to the shelf there was no 500g Spar Butter Bricks but only 250 bricks. This is always the case, when looking for anything on special, wether beginning of a special or the end of a special. I went to the till to pay, and asked the lady assisting me, where can I get a raincheck, to be informed to ask the manager Hendrik. Upon asking the manager Hendrik, with regards to getting a raincheck as there is none of the butter on the shelf, his reply to me was "We are a family store, not a Checkers, we don't do rainchecks". I informed him that your brouchure shows the normal R49.99 special to be valid until the 7th of February 2022, he said well we don't have stock.. I then informed him that I am going to contact the head office.. He told me not to threaten him.. I politely informed him, that I am going to contact Spar Head Office and walked away to meet my son. As I'm about 10 steps away from him, he then replies back we're getting stock in on Tuesday.. I've had numerous conversations like the one I've had today with Hendrik.. This is unacceptable behaviour from a Spar representatives person wise and business wise? Not only are the shelves always empty, but it's a bad representation of the Spar brand.. They could learn a lot from your branch in Kibler Park South Africa. Well you can actually say Walkerville Spar saves you money, 'cause they never have stock..
We've been experiencing problems with our wi-fi every year around March, April and May. This year on the 16th of April I reported a problem which occurs every year, eventually we had no service, I've spoken to them everyday with regards to this problem.. Everybody kept apologizing but nothing happened. They supplied me with an LTE Router on the 23rd of April 2021 (with no strings attached as per their receptionist Jeanette), on the 30th of April that data on the LTE Router was finished. I contacted their technical department on Saturday the 1st of May 2021, and the poor guy was trying to assist every which way he could, but to no avail all he could tell me was that he was waiting on his boss. On the 2nd of May 2021, he forwarded me a screenshot from MTN with the info that the DATA will only be available on the 6th of May 2021. On the 3rd of May I contacted him and the office, only to receive 10G of DATA at +- 17:00 on May 3 (according to the boss) (now please note, there are 3 gamers at home, we are working from home, and we stream, so we rely on the wireless uncapped service), only for the DATA to run out at 20:15 that same day (3 May 2021). On Tuesday the 4th of May 2021 I've been asked to buy my own data until the 6th of May (please note the LTE Router was their resolution until the rocket at the tower can be replaced only at the end of May, with no strings attached), I the e-mailed the Manager Pedro and asked him what are they going to do to resolve my problem on my wi-fi, his response was to tell me that he is sorry for the lack of service and that it is very clear that his technical team is not capable of sorting out issues, and that "they now will not continue to supply wireless services to our area and that they do not intend to offer me any other options at all". I phoned him and his response after some conversation he was becoming a bit agitated and he responded that he was tired of losing money and will not continue to do so..
