AR Non-Compliant with CIPC (2022 and 2023)
The company has not filed AR with CIPC for 2022 and 2023.

Apart from R40pm per unit, all other charges not disclosed to the board of trustees at contract award stage.
This company was dishonest to the board of trustees and owners in an AGM. They were dishonest by omission of details relating to their charges. When asked about charges for their services in the AGM, they repeatedly said they charge R40 to each unit in the complex per month. They were then voted in and given a 1-year contract. A week or two later, they sent each unit a contract which had the following additional charges that escalate by 10% annually: 1. Deposit R1000 2. Call out fee R250 3. Temper code fee R90 4. Reconnection fee R800 5. Penalty fee R3850 6. Warning fee R175 One would expect an honest organization to reveal these charges upfront. Be warned!

Products as good as advertised. No added spice

Questionable quality checks
Bought an Africa Twin there. If I was not mechanically inclined, I would've spent a lot of money paying a mechanic. The forks seals started leaking after a week of tar-road riding. The compression adjuster on one of the forks rotated max 7 clicks instead of 12. What a shame!!
