they installed 4 cameras in November, come december 1 of the camera was not working and i immediately reported the matter to them and they never came i had to constantly call them to fix till today they say they are coming.

Firstly, this morning i received a call from nombuso @ accounts department this girls attitude over the phone is very rude and very disguising. secondly, Am extremely disappointed at car track/accounts department how they are handling my situation. I am getting calls everyday/ every hour from them that my account is in arrears for November when i paid double in October. I have sent emails with statements & proof of payments and explained myself several times to the consultants advising the same thing. You don't read your emails, all you car about is money!!!!! Good Day Kindly note that I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months now. New ticket 684483..sent numerous follow ups with old ticket number & had to delete the emails because of space which I cannot pick up now.
don't buy anything online at russels because once you get it and there is a fault you won't return it back It's been 2 weeks logged my complaint with the non working TV and still stuck with the tv I am constantly following up and there is no feedback reference number#9000390362

so i lost my phone (theft) on the 12 July, 13 July went to telkom store to do swim swap only to be advised by the lady at the store that "telkom has new admin for insurance and their service is very poor and they take long to claim the phones, the waste case scenario is waiting for 3 months to get your phone" I was shocked and I took it lightly as I never encountered any problems with Telkom 16th July i sent all the documents that WWAS needs. Mind you i cannot access emails, 18th am like let me call them. Spoke to a lady and she says my claim was rejected because they don't have a phone that I am claiming for, so I had to explain myself & resend an email with documents. fast forward today the 23 July no feedback. I gave them a call again and spoke to Xebo who said there are outstanding documents, call dropped and had to call again and spoke to Disebo this time who said my claim is in process... * I will keep updating you* but WHAT AM GETTING IS, THAT LADY AT TELKOM STORE WAS NOT LYING & WITH ALL THE REVIEWS ON HELLOPETER IT MAKES SENSE NOW... IF YOU TAKE A PHONE WITH TELKOM PLEASE THINK TWICE WITH THEIR INSURANCE (WWAS)
Went to do swim swap yesterday and 24 hours later , my old number is not active. You could see the guy had babalaz, and did not want to help! he kept on saying that he was tired he was travelling from the rural areas
