World class customer experience!
The whole team from the company were so friendly, helpful, quick and informed. The technical team that came to the house to help me with my Sunsynk solar system were so helpful and explained everything so nicely. I am so impressed with this company and the entire team of people behind the scenes.

No helpful support
STASH. Don't even try and get support for your Stash Tax Free Account from Liberty. The call centre does not have STASH agents, so they have to forward the query on to another department. And they REFUSE to phone someone. I have been struggling for over a month to access my account because I am not getting my verification code and I cannot get someone to speak to on the phone. Instead I get the most useless emails containing information that does not help me at all and these emails go back and forth every week without me being any closer to being able to login into my STASH account. I have repeatedly asked to speak to someone on the phone so that we can just cut through all the time wasted in emails, but they are just ignoring my requests. Do not get a STASH Tax Free Savings Account from Liberty - there are no humans to help with a simple phone call.

This is 5-star customer experience.
Customer Care agent was extremely helpful and friendly. The response time was exceptional. The website is really easy to use and contains a area where you can log your reminders for vet visits, vaccinations and even put an alert if your pet goes missing.

Cotton disintegrates
The latest cotton wool rounds completely disintegrate before you have even finished applying toner to your face. It leaves little pieces of cotton wool behind. I have always used them - even gone out of my way to purchase only the Dove brand.... but I am extremely disappointed with them now. What a waste of money!!!!

Home Run for RAM
Phoned to check I was home in order to deliver. Phoned when at the gate to let me know he was there to deliver - instead of hooting and annoying all my neighbours. I appreciate the professional and very quick service. And I keep getting this great service. Thank you so much to Sipho Godfrey and the team.

Awesome Service
Other than the fact that the website is very user-friendly, the payment options safe and quick and the variety of products is always expanding and very varied. I would also like to mention that the service is amazing! The response to questions is really quick. The person you communicate with are very friendly and professional. I sent through a request for my father's birthday yesterday and I am just so grateful to everyone for helping me. You guys are awesome and I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.

Amazing Service
Just received an email from their MD, Ryan Bacher and was a wonderful surprise. The personal recommendation was super cool and I really appreciate the assurances on quality, reliability and return policy. I have ordered from them from time to time over the years and have always had the most incredible service from them. Their products are high quality, prices fair and delivery is always on time (even to out-of-the-way places like Clarens). Thank you for being a great South African company to proud of.

Awesome Customer Experience
This is some of the best Customer Service I have ever received from a company. The fact that they introduce the entire team via the photographs in their email is awesome. That, and the email updates they send, make me feel like my business really matters to their company. I am extremely impressed and will recommend them to everyone I know.

You guys ROCK!!
The website it easy to navigate. Communication with me was fantastic - I knew exactly what was happening regarding delivery date, time and drive name, etc. Drive was professional and courteous. Prices are incredible. I am so impressed by this company. Keep up the good work guys!!!
