Site is completely unuser friendly and the staff are just as incompetent. Still trying to rectify an issue with a ticket. Tried changing the details via the online instructions but that option is not available. Asked staff multiple times to reissue the ticket but it wants us to ign up again and that is not working. Asked multiple times for the ticket details to be amended and to be sent back to us, but hat has not been done either. A standard ticket should have been sold like previous Ultras did in Johannesburg and all these issues could have been averted.
Poor service. DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS They only give store credits. If a store credit is given then a 35% fee is subtracted from the amount paid for the item. Very inefficient I waited two months for a simple gauge. I have found all the parts I have needed elsewhere in South Africa. This was a waste of tine and money. I will never use the reliable store again.
If I could give them zero stars I would Never any signal even if there is power Very inefficient. Cannot even load a simple 1080 video anymore on youtube. This phone they sold me to is garbage. Works just as bad as there network. Cannot wait to move away and never use telkom ever again
Purchased an Xbox series s from them last week. Its been more than 48 hours. A reciept has not even been issued and I have not received my Xbox games pass either. Pathetic service
Pathetic service. They never got my order correct. Sent two emails already to try and rectify the situation but they never had the decency to get back to me. This is what people get for living in a disgraceful country such as South Africa.
Help is not provided neither are relevant examples. They expect work to be done but its barely even explained properly. When relevant examples are asked for they just say complete to the best of your ability. When the work done is incorrect they aren't willing to provide examples or templates to use. This course was an absolute waste of time and money. Want to learn Digital Marketing? Use google and watch youtube videos. I do not recommend anyone doing this course
Honestly Take Alot has just become super inefficient now. I orderer my products well over a week ago and they still aren't here.
Course is ****. Havent really learned anything from this. Half the course has nothing to do with marketing. We have already learned about social media marketing and email marketing but they felt the need to make two whole modules on this. Dont even bother studying digital marketing. Only doing this to get a job
Absolutely pathetic Theres never any signal when I go anywhere. I always have data yet they somehow find it right to always ask me to sign in. Looking forward to canceling this contract as as the one year is up and moving on to MTN
There network is poor. Idiots work at the offices. They charge us an arm and a leg where as Telkom and there 200mb line is about R100 more than what Afrihost currently charges us. I have to continuously reboot the WiFi routers to receive signal again. I don not at all recommend using Afrihost. Move on with something else like Telkom or Supersonic. I'm gonna be moving onto Telkom soon just as soon as I return to my job.
