I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Vox Telecom sales team. After engaging via their chatbot, confidential information was requested and submitted. However, once the information was provided, there was no clear confirmation of receipt or which department it was forwarded to. Since then, it has been a case of being sent from pillar to post. Multiple attempts to follow up telephonically have not yielded any assistance, and no one seems able to trace the submission. This raises serious concerns about customer service processes and, more importantly, data security. When customers are asked to share sensitive information, there must be proper accountability, traceability, and reassurance that the data is secure. At this stage, we are genuinely concerned about whether our confidential information is properly safeguarded.
would like to warn South Africans about this **** called NETCARE PLUS GAP COVER , a claim was submitted on the 27/11/2025,in December the back and forth started when I was doing a follow-up on my claim , one of their consultants Thapelo send me and email stating that a payment(claim) will be made/processed into my bank account on the 7th Jan 2025 and on their clause or benefit it states that : "Co-payments - You will be protected against upfront co-payment for each certain day procedure,like scopes or scans performed in hospital or day clinic".Last night I receive an email stating that they dont cover short-falls for procedures performed in the hospital_60010567. SOUTH AFRICANS PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR NETCARE PLUS LIES AND DONT JOIN THESE ****** BUT LOOK FOR OTHER GAP COVERS

I submitted a claim to NetcarePlus and am currently following up on its status. Unfortunately, there has been no clear feedback or accountability. Calls are held for extended periods with no resolution, and customer service does not allow clients to speak directly to the claims department. The process is extremely frustrating and lacks transparency. At this point, the most practical option seems to be sourcing a more advanced and responsive GAP cover.
Good day , I am very shocked with ********* procedure by Discovery health (medical aid). My son whom is currently with another medical aid since 2019 to has been enrolled with Discovery medical aid effective from the 1st February 2025 while he is still effective with the other medical meaning someone at new business was paid not to follow proper procedure of requesting for the membership certificate/termination certificate of the new member for selfish gain. What a questionable process , I need answers from Discovery health on these issue since i have logged a call to be investigate - Existing member in 2 medical aids same -MailRef#3444805594#-
I bought a C***** cheddar cheese 🧀 slice on the 3rd November 2024 with expiry date of 21 November 2024 but it's already with 40 mold below. I have send the complaint to c***** customer service email they have instead blocked my email
Pizza hut Lenasia poor service . I order 2x pizzas order number 1406 when I open the box not all toppings added and the wrong base as well. when i complaint at the restaurant one of the guys in the kitchen started swearing. Very bad service you order traditional they give a pan and then you are told its the dough that made the PIZZA base to be thick like a croissant
Number 1 worse courier company ever , you will spend more than R200 listening to their call centre music. You book for a parcel collection it doesn't happen but they have sent you all the collection details and the arrogance of this company its on another level . South Africa refrain from this terrible courier company
Good day, I bought a bathroom mixer at one of their branch in Southgate (Johannesburg) on Tuesday 30th August 2022. On Sunday the 4th did the installation only to find out that the mixer is actually leaking on the arm. When I read the refund policy it read the item must be sealed , how can it be sealed if it needs to be tested ? And they don't answer their phone beacuse they know very well about the poor quality of their products. VERY POOR QUALITY 😢 Regards, Arthur
