Vodacom Fibre installation SUCKS
If I could do a minus star, I would. I see Vodacom doesn't even bother to reply to these reviews. Vodacom installed fibre on my fibre ready connected to Vodacom retirement village Thursday 13 October 2022. There was no signal, a maintenance team was promised and many calls, emails, Facebook and Twitter complaints later, ****** all has happened and I'm told to be patient. I work from home, Vodacom, you've just made it impossible to do so. Now what?! Thanks for nothing.

Superbalist excellent service, above and beyond
I had an issue with Johnny Walker. They issuec a prize voucher for a competition #win for Superbalist which didn't work. Superbalist.com stepped up after I complained to Johnny Walker on Twitter. Superbalist sorted it out when they didn't have to, so that I could redeem my voucher. It was for only R 100 but I'm very grateful. I ordered goods, great sale prices. They took two days to deliver which is fantastic and the clothes fit perfectly. I'm very happy with Superbalist and will always shop with them from now on. #win #win

Johnny Walker Whiskey South Africa 200th Anniversary Competition Useless Vouchers
Johnny Walker South Africa ran a competition to celebrate their 200th anniversary and entrants could #win R 100 vouchers. I entered and won a Superbalist voucher. The voucher number is not accepted by Superbalist. I've emailed and Facebook messaged Johnny Walker many times over the past two months with no response. Now I've gone public on their twitter feed. I know it's only R 100 but it's really shoddy service on their part.

How about you stop phoning my landline with prerecorded messages demanding payment when it's the wrong number? I've wasted my time and airtime phoning you to stop, yet you persist!
