I have sent them an email with the correct address and contact number. They shipped my order to the wrong address and my contact number is still wrong
I have phoned then on saturday(06/01/2024) reporting that my wifi cable was cut off by mistake.I was told they will send the technitian to come an check the damage then tell me how much will it cost me to fix it.I phoned on monday the 8th of Jan to do follow up and i was told a technitian will come on tuesday..no one came on tuesday. I phoned on wednesday they kept on telling me that my query has been escalated to opperations they will come back to me.No one came back to me.I phoned again on thursday the 11th of Jan,they said a technitian will come on saturday morning(13th of Jan)...it is 14:00 and no one come even after i phoned in the morning to do follow up.I tried to call again but i was holding for 14 minutes until i hang up.i am so ****ed off and they must not debit my money on the 25th
I am trying to claim on my home insurance policy, they are giving a run around. They are telling me that my address is wrong . Some consultants are telling me that the address is fixed but when i go to claims they are saying is wrong
I have logged a call on the 20th Jan 2022 regarding the street lights that are not working in our area(Windmill Park Ext 35) and upto date no one came to fix them... We also have constant power cut, but is affecting few houses. Mine is also affected 9985. The problem started on the 27th January and we have been logging calls every time it happens but even today the problem is still not fixed. It looks like the power is tripping from one of the main boxes and when the technicians come they just switch it on and it will trip again few hours after it was switched on. Even after numerous calls we have logged for the same problem there is no one who is willing to investigate as to what is the problem and try to find a permanent solution. This is so frustrating especially if you buy electricity but you don't get to use it, and also the damage it will cause to our appliances whe it is busy tripping. Can the municipality attend this matter as it is urgent and also our safety is at stake. People are alpso working from home and this power cut is a real inconvenience. Thank you.
I phoned them 1st week of November to cancel my insurance because i don't have a car anymore, the consultant assured me that the insurance is canceled. Today i received an sms from them telling me that i missed the premium for November. I phoned them again today to cancel it, the guy i was talking to he offered to call me back so that i don't waste my airtime and he did not bother to call me back. I am fed up with this back and forth situation. I want the insurance cancelled and i don't think i will ever do business with you guys.
My home loan is debiting from the wrong Account. When applying for the home loan i have provided my banking details and indicated that they debit on the 20th,to my surprise on the banking App it was showing the 25th and i made contact with them serveral times to change the date and they could not help me. Now they are debiting from my husband's Account where as the loan is appearing under my profile and is even appearing under my banking App. I am so ****ed off with your service aready yet i have 239 more months with you. To be honest i wish it was possible to just cancel the whole thing since you cant get the simple things right
Can someone call me and explain to me what is this as i do not understand whats going on.
I just realized that i have been debited 6 times by them and i don't know why
I have asked them on eserveral occasions to change my debit date to the 25th of every month as they were debiting on the 31st...they kept on saying the debit date is changed where as is not... Last week I received an sms stating that they will debit my August premium on the 31st July and they did not even explain why
I have paid my account on the 23rd April an amount of R260 to settle my account, I used the Ussd number as I always do. I was surprised to receive a statement stating that I am in one month arrears, I then send an email immediately to notify that I have paid and even attached my bank statement. I send an email on the 27th May and I did not receive feedback from them yet I was told to make payment by the 31st May. I am not happy with their service and this will affect my credit score and it will mess up lot of things for me. All I want is for the payment to be allocated then close the account.
