I have been reporting on Alfred that I have an outage at my place from Thursday last week (4th/12/2025) They keep saying a technician will be dispatched but to date nothing has happened.I buy electricity I don’t expect this kind of service from Eskom,our meat in the refrigerators is gone off,how much is meat???Today in the morning i drove to Margate Eskom to report the same issue that I’ve been reporting online,that means I took time off from my work and petrol off my budget but came back home and STILL this issue is NOT sorted!
The lady that helped me broke everything down for me in detail with the benefits of my Insurance cover as well as the “wheel & rim” cover that I wanted to add. Very Clear and Patient when answering questions
Terrible customer service,no manner of approach towards customers,very rude and they’re suppose to close the doors at 17h00 (like the times stipulated outside the store)but their doors are locked at 16h45 at the Legit in the Port Shepstone CBD
I ordered a smart watch for my friend from Watchily.It was delivered to me within 3days.She absolutely loves it.One of the features she really likes is answering calls on her watch.🤗We’re still trying to figure out other features that the watch can do..
Telkom debited twice in the same month last year November 2023.I called Telkom early this year 2024 to enquire about this double debit order,they said i should email my bank statement to them reflecting the double debit.I emailed my bank statement and no one has got back to me to date,their contact details hardly work."REF#_6418523."
I checked out my order without double checking that some of my items were duplicated.I panicked as money was already gone but immediately played around with the app eventually saw a refund option and clicked on it.Hassle Free money was in my account in a few days!!👏👏
On the 21/11/22 I went to Woolworths (Shelly Beach) bought toilet drops, they were on promo so I bought 4. I’m disappointed at the fact that the slip states how much discount I’m supposed to be getting but the total taken is for the normal price🥹
I went to the branch in Glenwood (Village Shopping Centre) The lady that deals with payments was so rude & no customer service skills whatsoever,more concerned about chewing chips & pressing her phone.The other one tried being nice(Elaine) she even went and got me that wig bag since I bought a wig.By the way I also noticed that the wig looks like it’s from China mall-looks far from what we see on Instagram.They also ask you to pay before they install you which I found rather weird ended up taking the wig & left!
I had a contract with cell c that was for 24months,so before the contract ended I sent them an email reminding them that this is my last payment & I don’t want to renew my contract with them meaning they should stop debiting from my account,they carried on debiting from my account even after the 24months that was agreed upon.I tried sending them emails-my emails were completely ignored-I also tried calling them numerous times to cancel this ongoing contract they made me hold on the line for hours asking me security questions than after that they’d say they putting me through to the cancellation department than they’d drop the call on me-this happened more than two times.I then decided to move my money from my account so Cell C won’t find anything when they try debiting as it’s been way over 24months.Cell C then decided to hand me over to their lawyers.My question is, when cases are handed over to these lawyers-do they even do some sort of investigation to find out who’s wrong before going and putting the clients name as a “bad payer!”
Experian is doing a better job than Transunion.They response to emails is way much effective.You know there’s hope that they’re awake & they know what’s happening,however they left my query hanging.I would really appreciate it if someone could get back to me & help me resolve this matter.
