Booking.com is working with ****mers, my girls and I booked a 3 bedroom house in Ballito for 2 nights only to find the place is non existence. Worse part of them all, when we called Booking.com they promised to get back to us in 15 minutes whilst they were looking for another place. 30 minutes later no one called us back until we called again. The moment we gave the booking reference number they hung up the on us more 5 times. We were left stranded, no accommodation, no communication and with no assistance at all. They sent an email next day promising to refund us a 10% of our money of which never made sense because we never canceled and were at the venue on time for our check ins. Now their email is no longer working and no hope for us to receive our money back. This is shameful, disgusting and very unprofessional behavior from a business that's deals with people's monies. We will escalate this matter further until Booking.com refund our money and make amend.
Unfairly treated by waitresses gossiping about customers and blocking the heaters we were so cold. On our way out the Bouncer ripped our plastic where we had our food and drinks, and everything just fell on the floor. That was very cruel and unprofessional because we paid.
I really don't know how really Beares operates. I have changed a debit order date on the 8 of August. But still you went and debited causing me unnecessary charges on my account, and no one will pay off these charges.. Where as I have given the Company enough time to update records. My pay day has changed from 25 to the last day of the month, but still you went on my account. Ever since I became your customer in May I am never happy. If I could return your goods and get my money I would really do it. I am fed up on a serious note.
Beares or Lewis Furniture shop currently running a promotion of receiving cash back if you buy on credit. I bought Furniture almost 3 weeks ago but I haven't received my cash back of R2500 as per their promise. Whereas their Admin promised that the money will be received once delivery is done. Currently no phone call from their office, I am the one who keeps calling and following up with no luck but another promise that my cash back will be paid to me, they're just waiting for few customers to come make payments. Which is not my fault the Store and management should just keep their promise. The store owes me R2500 as per promise and no one is even bothering to call but I am the one who keeps calling
Went to buy food friday night and it's wasn't even after 10pm but their drive was closed and they refused me to get in and buy but Indians and white were allowed inside to buy
I have been unemployed for close to 11 months now, I have requested FNB to downgrade my cheque account to savings because I no income anymore. Up until today it hasn't been done and I keep accumulating back charges every month. Which is so unfair to me as the customer. Been to their almost every month but with no luck. And today they're offline. So unprofessional yet they make sure every month they charge...😡😡😡
Ended up paying them close to R6000 just to get a loan. Yet they keep saying they're not scammers.
